We realtors always need quick, last minute service. I called Betros Plumbing for an appointment and if I could have been available that same day, they would have been there. But I was able to get the first appointment the following day. They came out, handled my plumbing issue, and were out of here in lightning time, with smiles from the polite techs. Betros always does a great job! We use them on our jobs often but we’ve had a few different instances at our personal house in the last couple months & they have been great. Today Justin fixed our hot water heater & was so professional & quick with the repair! Last month we had Willie & Alan come fix a few things, & same can be said about them as well. Each time we’ve used Betros they are so nice, professional, efficient & great at what they do! Great service all around.

Water was coming into our office building due to clogged drains in our courtyard. I called several places but Betros was the only company that could get out there while it was still raining to unclog the drains. They were there within 20 min and keep our building from flooding. Job well done by Arthur Hairston Jr!

Another plumbing company started this job, but when I had a leak and insisted a plumber with experience,Manager simply refused to call me back.

Outstanding service & expertise! I moved from Septic System to Sewer hook-up with a lift station/grinder pump and the job couldn’t have gone smoother. Sean’s customer service was top notch, he managed everything with the county for me, paperwork, inspections, checked-in at the job site multiple times, and was so responsive - always picked up the phone! The service team is professional, experts in their field, incredibly hard working and felt like family! Thank you so much! First time using you guys and now lifelong customer!

I needed someone in an emergency to go take a look at a rental property for me. Arthur was so quick, great communication and super friendly. I will definitely use this company again!

I had a very bad experience with this company. I had a stoppage in the kitchen sink for a rental property. The tech came and spent max an hour, he was supposed to call me with the price but he didn’t. Then later on the day I found from my credit card transactions that they charged me $451 from a credit card I used before more than 6 months ago for another service call, apparently they saved the card in the system and charged the card whatever they wanted. I called them and asked to speak with someone. I waited 3 days because of the weekend then called again. The service manager was very rude and cut me off before listening to my complaints as I did something bad or as I am begging for something. I told him I could simply cancel the transaction from my bank since I never authorized the payment. I told him all I want is to charge the correct credit card and pay the fair price. He fixed the credit card issue but charged me $350 which I never agreed on also it is way above their rate or anyone rate. I will never deal with them again because of their rudeness, dishonesty, and unprofessional conduct.

So this would be my second review apparently my first one was removed. I would like to start off by saying I highly recommend against using this company. If my original review was removed theres no telling how many more. I used them to replumb all my drainage and supply lines to my house. They were able to start with all walls and flooring removed in the house so it should have been super easy however it took close to a month for the project to be completed. To start... issues with the supply side of things. Pipes weren't properly strapped and I had to go back and do this myself. And had issues with pipes coming apart and flooding my attic. The tech immediately came back out. But didn't offer any help or compensation for the wet ceiling and stains that came through. Most of my problems however came from the drainage side. Inspection was failed multiple times. Once they did pass, The main vent pipe going through the wall wasn't lined up properly and had to be redone. The rough in for the tub and toilet were wrong and had to be redone. This was just one of those things where if it could go wrong it would. They did take a little off the price but not enough in my opinion.

I had a reverse osmosis system moved from one home and installed in another after moving. It wasn’t a straight forward swap, and the dimensions under the sink in the new house were smaller. Jay and Travis came us with a solid plan and were able to execute it to completion. I’m pleased with the work and the value they bring to their craft. Excellent job!

I recently hired Betros Plumbing to help with a frustrating water pressure issue at my home, along with a few broken fixtures. My main sewer line had broken due to a storm drain breaking and eroding the ground around it. Betros was the only one that called me back the same day and said they can come out and replace the line. Shawn and Tylor showed up and the job done. What should ha e taken 1 day ended up taking 2 days due to equipment failure that had nothing to do with them. These guys were very professional and detail oriented. They provided great customer service and kept me updated every step of the way. I'll definitely be using Betros for all my plumbing needs in the future. Thanks Shawn and Tylor for doing a good job and getting us back up and running!

I hired Betros to install an under-mount kitchen sink. The first plumber came out and installed the sink. The sink lasted 4 hours. before it came loose and fell into the cabinet. This was a 2-day job. The second plumber came out, glued the brackets up. Came back to install the sink only to have a bracket come off. At this point Betros gave up leaving me with a mess. (After each visit they left me with a mess to clean up. Very sloppy.) So, after 4 days of not being able to use my kitchen, their solution is, here's your money back. We're willing to have someone come out and prop the sink up with wood. My old sink was propped up with wood. That's why I bought a new sink to have it installed right. It took me the next day to find someone to install the sink properly. They did offer $200 on my next job with them. Would any of you go back to someone after they leave you with a mess? I have more self-worth than that.

If I could give negative stars I would….

I called for water coming out of the shower drain and the “plumber” came out and took hair out of the drain said that was the issue. Two weeks later my house is still clogged and they say they are not responsable for the clog which was the original complaint. Paid $300 for this garbage!

Will never use this company again. And I hope that people pay attention because these companies are out here extorting people out of money.

Btw no worries I unclogged it myself!

If water is coming out of the drain instead of pooling then yes the tub is clogged but water coming up to the shower then there is a clog and I don’t need to be a plumber to tell you that.

Fortunately, this is the last money you will ever see from me…..

I can not recommend Local Plumber enough. I needed a plumber asap for what I thought was a small job. They came out the next day as they said they would. As it turned out there was a lot of work needed ( it is ocean front property and as we all know, things don't last there long). They gave a very fair quote, came when scheduled, cleaned up everytime and kept in contact with our contractors as to when to return to put on finishing touches. Ryan and Ryan were both so respectful and accommodating. You won't be disappointed!!!

Ryan came to the rescue on a Sunday evening to help us finish installing a thermostatic valve in our shower. We had purchased the replacement valve but could not get it to fit correctly. My husband and I worked on it for hours before deciding we needed to call someone. Ryan came within an hour and got the valve working so we could take hot showers again! He was efficient and professional. Highly recommend his company.
