The service was excellent, as expected. We had to place an emergency call, and the team they sent responded quickly. Lester and Kyle were most helpful in resolving our need. Rolland Reash Plumbing is certainly my #1 choice!

I bought my first house about a year ago (and of course all my inspections said it looked great) and about a week after moving in my main drain was having issues and I had sewage coming up in my showers. Rolland does work for a few of my multi family communities, so I called them up. They got there shortly, gave me an estimate and shared the news that that flippers had done the plumbing completely wrong. After fixing that immediate problem, a few months later of having issues I decided it was time to just completely re-gut the plumbing and start over. I was satisfied with the help they gave me months prior so I chose Rolland again. They came in and redid everything for me and I was able to even utilize their 0% interest payment plan. It has been a few months and everything works great now and I am so thankful for them turning around my first time home buying experience!

$225 for a simple 10-minute toilet unclogging during a scheduled weekday appointment (not an emergency call or on the weekend!) is a rip off. Now I’ll buy the inexpensive tool on Amazon that the Plumber used and won’t be calling Rolland Reash anymore.

Hi! I'm Susan from Orange Park and I wanted to give a shout out to plumber Thomas! Thomas is very skilled and very knowledgeable at his job, and he is very nice to talk to. He took the time to answer many questions for me! He did an amazing job removing my water heater which had gone bad and installing a new water heater, and he went the extra mile by making sure the PVC going into the water heater had brackets onto the wall behind it so that the PVC pipe wouldn't bend and crack . He did some other special accommodations with the water heater to make sure I felt comfortable with it. Job well done Thomas, super appreciate your time kindness and answering all of my questions! Rolland Reash Plumbing has done several plumbing jobs at my home, and I have been very happy with each job! They have saved the day many times! I highly recommend plumber Thomas and Rolland Reash Plumbing!

Noah was prompt, professional, and completed the repair in about one hour.

Unfortunately the price was way out of line given the cost of materials, scope of work, and time to complete repair. The repair was to replace freeze damaged pipes incoming to my house so I was without water entirely. I am grateful that the repair was completed on the same day I called on a Friday afternoon. I just think the cost was unreasonable and at least twice what I was expecting. The service was great and my rating is entirely due what seemed to be an excessive cost.

We called Rolland Reash and were so impressed with Ashley and April. They answered all our questions, returned phone calls promptly and scheduled us right away. Thomas was out twice and took care of our needs and was very informative and courteous. When he left the mess went with him. The 2nd visit was Thomas and Justin. Rolland Reash recently completed a repipe and other work for me. From the first call with April (and several subsequent to her and Ashley where they graciously answered all my questions), the estimates from Joe & Justin, the repipe work by Paul, Eli, and Ryan, to the final drywall repairs with Scott and Eddie, I received A+ service all around. Throughout the process, the main technicians working on the repipe (Paul & Eli) kept me informed, tolerated my frequent questions, and went above and beyond with everything they did. Scott and Eddie followed up with a great job on the finish work. All techs also always made sure they cleaned up every day which I greatly appreciated. Every single person I interacted with was a pleasure to work with. An all-around great company for your plumbing needs!

I awoke to a hot water heater pouring water. I contacted Betros Plumbing and spoke with Lou. They sent Kodie, Gavin and Onner to my home. I highly recommend Betros Plumbing. JD came out and did a very eficijob of replacing a bathroom faucet. They were EXTREMELY fair in their pricing unlike an outrageous quote I received for $630.00 from a competitor. I will only use them going forward.

They came out when I said I had issues with my tank and said I had a bad main line and gave me an estimate to repair. I still got charged a fee just for the visit even though quotes were supposed to be free. Then when they came out to do the work they discovered it was actually not the main line and there was nothing they could do but I still got charged for the 3-4 hours of work they did to tell me there was nothing they could do. I understand paying for time and I liked the techs that came out but 500 dollars later with nothing to show for it is a bad deal no matter how you spin it. I can't even speak for their actual work, just their ability to take money.

Justin was great! We have a shower that hasn’t had good pressure in a year, and he came and fixed it within two hours. He was professional, friendly, and efficient.

Gerald From Betros was awesome. They came out fast to give an estimate on my backfloww issue once the backflow estimate was accepted they scheduled the appointment and it happened same day. Gerald himself was a nice guys down to earth and solved problems right there on the spot. Thank you Betros and Gerald for getting this done so fast. Yall are GREAT

Really great experience from start to finish. Customer service rep as well as technicians, Kyle and Jimmy, were very kind and courteous. They arrived at my house within just a couple hours of my call. Kyle and Jimmy inspected my meter and plumbing and took time to explain everything. They fixed a corroded valve and provided an estimate right away for potential future work. They were very knowledgeable and didn’t try to sell me something that wasn’t necessary. Appreciate their efficient work and honesty.

Thanks to JD and Gavin for arriving early and fixing my water problem. Very nice guys and professional. My husband was a plumber by trade. He spoke highly of Steve ,that's why I called them. Will use again if needed.

They are very good. They answer your questions and did very good job for us on both visits. Thank you for job well done. They keep you well informed of who your technician is and call and text to let know they are on their way. We found prices were in our budget.

Very good work, fast and efficient. I had to pay a one hour minimum which was pretty high, but everything is expensive these days. I appreciated them asking if there was anything else I needed looking at while they were there and only used 1/2 hour to do sink work. They replaced the outside spigot for price of the part.

Gerald and Onner did a great job with water heater install. They were friendly and cleaned up once done.

Betros restored my faith in working with people this afternoon. I received a number of quotes exceeding my expectation for such a small job. The technician removed the cap, sealed it and after replacing it the crack disappeared. Why aren't there more honest people out there. Highly recommended and I will call them again because they're HONEST!!!! We could use more of these kinds of businesses in today's world.
