Eric does a fantastic job. He is responsive, reasonably priced, friendly, easy to work with. House was beautiful when he finished.

Eric did an amazing job on our home. He took time to clearly explain the process and the job was performed very efficiently. He was able to clean in many hard to reach areas and remove stains left behind by insects. Overall, Eric did a very thorough job at a reasonable price and our home looks great!

HOA said our roof was dirty. Called up Eric and scheduled an appointment after looking through reviews online. Making the appointment was easy as Eric is very responsive and communicative. Gave me a quote beforehand so there were no surprises. Day of appointment Eric sent a text about an hour before saying when he would arrive.

Once on site he gave a thorough explanation of the process and we did a walk around of the house. He inspected and took before photos of the tiles to make sure all were in good order. The process didn’t take long and Eric took extra care to ensure our plants near the house were protected. After he did a great job cleaning up the area with many different available options for payment. I would not hesitate to use Eric again. He was courteous, professional, and thorough. My HOA sent me a letter to clean my roof, siding, and fence. I called Eric after reading his reviews online. I left a message and he called me back immediately. I told him I needed a Roof Cleaning, House Wash, and Fence Cleaning. He was professional and courteous and explained everything to me on the phone. I also decided while I was talking to him to get a quote on Driveway and Pool Area cleaning also. After we talked for a while he told me he would send Quote to my email. The Quote was sent quickly and after finding his price to be very competitive, I spoke to my wife and we decided to use his services. I called him and he put me on his schedule. He let me know on that day when he was on his way. He showed up and walked around the property and explained the process. He worked the rest of the day till dark to get done as it was a big job. He returned in the morning to finish and touch up. Everything was perfect. House, fence, roof, driveway, sidewalks, and pool area look absolutely beautiful! I would not hesitate to use his services again. His communication and professionalism are top notch. Thank you Eric!

Eric gets a Five star rating for sure! I hired Eric to clean algae that was growing on the exterior of my house, and I also asked him to clean the roof, the back patio and the driveway. What an amazing difference! I had no idea the roof of my home was so horrid. Now it looks like a brand new roof! He gave me a great deal for all the work he did and always kept in contact to let me know when he'd be there and what the progress was. Eric was very professional and did an outstanding job. I couldn’t be more satisfied! I received a violation letter from my HOA stating I would be fined $100 per day if my exterior wasn’t cleaned immediately. I reached out to Eric, and he responded right away. Even though his team was fully booked, he still managed to squeeze me in the same day. That level of service is rare!

The exterior cleaning was done beautifully and professionally. I’m truly grateful and have already recommended them to my family. Thank you again, Eric and team — absolutely amazing job!
