I spoke directly with the owner of the company in my home. He thoroughly explained the vision of the company and the routines. My first appointment was scheduled and two ladies came and did a great job cleaning my home. They left a note explaining what they had done and my next appointment. So far I love The Cleaning Authority! Update: it has been almost a year of house cleaning and I love it just as much as the last time!

The Cleaning Authority sent Joselyn and Gregory over yesterday to handle the cleaning of my home after we return from being away for two months and they did an excellent job. This is a great company to use the ladies do a fantastic job every time. They are always going above and beyond to make sure I’m a happy customer. This company also had the best rate as well I check with three other company’s.

After the 1st cleaning, we were home for a week & then away for a week. The house still felt cleaner after being left alone with 5 cats in it! Something that’s never happened before! The women for the 2nd cleaning did a great job on the whole house & especially the deep cleaning areas. Although their English wasn’t great & my Spanish was pathetic, we were both able to use our translating apps on our phones & communicate anything important with smiles😊

We have been using The Cleaning Authority since October of 2019. They train their personnel with a system that makes the cleaning efficient and done well. There are times I need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning and Susy works with me to make it work best. I really appreciate her. The team that comes is always considerate and professional. It isn't always the same team, but there is usually at least one consistent person each time. I can highly recommend their services.

The ladies were super friendly, polite and very hard working. They listened to my concerns and made a concerted effort to address them. I especially liked that they took their time to be as thorough as possible. This was an initial cleaning but so far, so good. My house is really clean.
