Exceptional Services! The cleaning team assigned to us: Meryl, Lynnette & Marianne are very professional with a great work ethic. They do a fantastic deep clean of my entire house a month ago, followed by a regular cleaning after 2 weeks that was also outstanding. Good customer services. The app is very easy to navigate; you can reschedule cleaning, and/or add special services if needed. I highly recommend The Cleaning Authority on Davenport/Kissimmee; they are the best on town!!! *****

We're really happy we found this company and team! We needed the extra help but couldn't afford some of the other companies prices or didn't like how they set up their contract.
Our first cleaning was with Meaghan and Susana who did a great job. Their supervisor came to check in about half way through, which from the customers perspective was very reassuring.
As a first time client you don't always know what the expectations are. Having the supervisor check their work meant that they were held to a high standard and I loved that!

I have utilized Cleaning Authority twice in the last month. They have been on-time, worked very professionally and courteous. Rosa and Yanosky listened to any specific instructions and followed them seamlessly. I am very happy and satisfied with Cleaning Authority and will continue to use their services.

I’ve been using the Cleaning Authority for several years now and they have been a wonderful addition to my cleaning routine. Their cleaning rotation and itemized checklists ensure that nothing ever gets missed and they cover all of the gaps and areas I am unable to get to. The service is very thorough and reasonably priced and the manager is very accommodating to rescheduling. I’ve used other companies in the past and this one remains my go-to.

Cleaners arrived according to their estimated time. They were friendly. This was my initial clean. They did an excellent job. They even moved furniture out of the way. very detailed. They were even able to get marks off the front of my stainless steel dishwasher that have been there since I moved in. I’ve tried everything and was unsuccessful. !The chemicals They used to clean smell very nice Overall very pleased with service.

Today was our first cleaning in which they do a deep clean of the bathrooms, kitchen, and living spaces. I am very pleased with the thoroughness and attention to details from the crew. They were very pleasant while in my house and I am most appreciative of the job they did. They even left us a Christmas card which was very thoughtful of them.

I was very pleased with the thorough cleaning of my house. Especially the windows and the bathrooms. Mariangie and Neimar were outstanding and I will definitely be using them again.

On September 26, Rosa and Yanosky, of The Cleaning Authority (TCA), provided services in our home. I accidentally spilled water on the floor, and l immediately cleaned it up with a paper towel. Much to my surprise the paper towel appeared to be soiled with the dirt. I called TCA and provided a pic of the paper towel and the area l believed was missed. The team returned to our home immediately, and the floor was cleaned originally, but the evidence on the paper towel was the color of our oak stained composite hardwood floors. We were thoroughly satisfied and high praises to Rosa, Yanosky, and TCA. I look 👀 forward to recommending TCA to my friends.

NOTE: The only thing that needs to improve is the communication. The team usually arrives between 2:00 -2:30pm. Yesterday they arrived at 11:30am without prior notification. In the event of a change of schedule, I would appreciate a phone call notification because I could have been out of the house and they would have lose their time. Thank you for your understanding. We love this company and we use them for all of our home cleaning needs. Very price effective and they do a great job. We have two young boys that leave a mess and they leave our house looking perfect, with even our boys clothes folded and ready to come home from school. Sometimes it’s the little things. Rosa and Yanosky are great
