What is there to say. It’s exactly as everyone has described it. Eric is professional, responsive, and very informative. I had some oil stains on my driveway and he broke it down for me and let me know what was possible and he definitely exceeded my expectations. Eric, Thank you so much my friend. We recently worked Eric at Exterior House Wash Services when we were prepping our house to go on the market. Eric was wonderful! He was always prompt, responsive, and clear in our communications, and his prices were very reasonable. His workmanship was also excellent! He went above and beyond what I’d expected. For example, I hadn’t planned for him to wash the inside of our patio—I was only thinking he’d do the outside of the house. However, he recommended that he cover that area as well (for no extra charge), and he walked me through the details of why it would work and be a good idea. He seemed very knowledgable and professional, and our house looked fabulous after he was finished (FWIW, it sold the first weekend). All around great to work with, and I highly recommend!

Eric did fantastic work at a very reasonable price. He was extremely professional, fit us into his schedule very quickly, arrived on time, and explained not only what he’d be doing but also pointed out a few additional items for us to be aware of with our home regarding stucco and drainage.

We will absolutely use his services again year after year to keep our home looking nice (and the HOA happy).

I love my cleaning crew Johanna and Cristin. They are the best. They do an excellent job of cleaning our house. The animals also like them especially our dog Pepper. They are very trustworthy and in the event something does get broken, which is very rare, they come and tell me. Again I could not have asked for a better crew.

The two cleaners who came for initial clean were professional, timely and left the house looking amazing. I have a crazy schedule most weeks so this is a perk in treating myself to once a month. The house looks amazing and I have a little extra free time. Worth every penny and very pleased, thank you!!
