From my initial interaction at the location on Missouri Avenue to writing the check for services I was thoroughly impressed (not an easy task). Needed a water softner and water heater. Checked out a few other plumbers and ended up choosing McGill. I would highly recommend them based on my experience. Ray the estimator arrived on time and didn't try to upsell me. Arrived at what seemed to be a fair price and scheduled the work. Tom Morgan, the plumber who did the work was great. Again, arrived on time, explained everything to me, and did the work efficiently, but carefully. Made sure everything was up and running with no leaks. Made sure I knew how to operate everything and that all of my questions were answered. Cleaned up after himself. Will use McGill Plumbing for my future plumbing needs.

These guys were awesome from start to finish. My wife and I went in there and ordered a new faucet and met with Shane. His service was excellent and answered all our questions. He ordered our materials and then we setup installation. We just had the faucet installed and they also fixed an old leaking spigot outside. Kyle our Installer was Awesome!!! Very quick and thorough.. He was training a new guy Justin and he was explaining everything to him like a true professional. A great experience from start to finish..

Had them come out to replace our water heater. They tech said he could fix it instead of replacing it which would be 300 vs 1900. He looked at the heating element for two minutes an told me it was my breaker on the fuse box an it needed to be replaced an thats all he could do. Didn't look at anything else. If he would of actually checked the full unit he could of seen that all the wires were melted an needed to be replaced on the unit. I guess for a quick 200 dollars that was to much to ask for him to fully Inspect the unit. Found a company that actually did the job properly. Do not use them.

I had a leak from my water meter to my house that went under cement walkway. I was having a hard time finding a plumber that would help me get this repaired. Right before we are getting a Hurricane I called to see if they were running emergency service as my main feed coming into the house sprung a leak. Told me they would get someone out 1st thing in AM (day before hurricane). Tom Morgan called at 8:30 to say he was on the way. Him and his apprentice showed up promptly, did a perfect, clean installation of new valve and pipe coming in the house. They couldn't have been more polite and professional. Have used McGill before for a large job and as always they are there when needed with great customer satisfaction.

We have had a number of services from McGill over the last 6 years. Every experience has been outstanding! Today Tom came out, polite, knowledgeable and worked so quietly we forgot he was here! He got the job fixed fast and clean! It’s so nice to have a company that you can rely on! Thanks again Tom, amazing visit!

Amazing service! Both of my toilets were backed up. They came and he was here 5 minutes and knew right away what it was. Which turns out all it was, was a 10 dollar vent cap part causing the issue and I was only charged the service call price and he was only here half an hour. I ordered the part I needed. The first company I had called prior to McGill instantly wanted to charge me $375 right of the bat to scope my line over the phone without even looking at the problem. Highly recommend McGill. They actually care about their customer and I highly appreciate that honesty. Amazing guys thank you!

Mark came out to replace a valve in a really awkward area under the corner kitchen cabinet area. I appreciate his hard work. I always call McGill when I have a plumbing issue. They are experienced and professional and don't over price in my opinion.
