Great staff and services. Able to fit us in even if they had to work late. Prices were better than other places I called. Would highly recommend.

Charles came by and did a great job. Very friendly and saved me a bunch of money from what the other companies were asking.

I now have a forever and always plummer..the young man that came out was really professional and helpful..he went above and beyond..you don't find people that do business this way anymore

My only day off, waited 3 hours , no call, rescheduled for following week again 45 minutes late. No call. Very poor customer service. No apology They may have been good years ago. I will spend my money elsewhere.

Called and spoke with Charles at 6:00 Saturday. He was at my house in 15 minutes and he had my issue fixed in no time. I would recommend these guys

We had a leak in our wall behind the kitchen sink. They came out the same day we called and were able to fix it within a couple hours. They arrived when they said they would and were very professional. Highly recommend.

I’ve called a couple times with minor plumbing issues and got prompt professional service both times. It’s nice to witness someone doing work that they’re not only good at but enjoy. Also, I tried to tip him both times and he adamantly refused! Excellent business I am pleased to support.

This is a REAL family business that knows it all!!! Known these guys for a very long time and the quality and skill set of all the employees is definitely the best in the business!!! Use these fellas atleast 2-3 times monthly on a complex that was a plumbers nightmare, just a walk in the park for the C Lacey team!!! Highly Recommend!!!

This evening the toilet and kitchen sink was backed up. Called the apt complex maintenance on call and he tried everything he could do to no avail. The vice president himself came out and took care of it. Charlie was very professional and told us what he would be doing. He was here for 30 minutes and when he was done cleaned up the areas and was on his way. We wanted to give him a tip, but he would not accept it. Charlie asked instead to fill out a comment card. Would recommend for sure.
