Lacey Plumbing is very professional and do an excellent job. They serviced my Mother"s trailer when she noticed water flooding her bathroom. The Service personnel were polite and had the leak fixed quickly. She expected a huge invoice, but it was very reasonable. I highly recommend Lacey Plumbing.

Rod & Hayden were here to replumb a very tough & tedious area for installation of a stackable washer & dryer.
Other companies wouldn't touch it.
They were wonderful!

They are awesome company have diagnosed huge water bill leak at house previously and came to my work yesterday and cleared drain fixed very badly installed toilet they are gracious hard workers and dawn and Finn and other lady in office all are efficient and just a great team THE BEST!!!! Had Slaughter Plumbing come out again today for like the 3rd or 4th time. They are always just great. Had a clogged tub drain issue. Old house thought it was the mechanism and going to be a major cut through the wall issue. But it wasn’t and he worked his magic. And also replaced the guts in our toilet they were getting squeaky. Under warranty. And showed me how to disconnect the sink plunger to make for easier cleaning. In and out in like 25 mins. Jeff was our technician. Supe Nice and friendly. And professional. Slaughter plumbing Just completed a total water re-pipe of our home in April 2016. They were prompt, efficient, and cleaned up every day before they left. We are extremely satisfied with their work. Eric, the lead plumber, managed the project from start to finish while responding to our questions and needs. We would highly recommend them to everyone!

We had Slaughter Plumbing come out to our house, and one of the things we asked him to do was unclog the drain in our shower. He said it was completed and left. The next morning when we took our showers, still clogged. We called them back, and the same plumber came out and fixed it this time. He didn't charge us since he obviously hadn't fixed it the first time. Well, in a few weeks we get a bill for $95 dollars for that second visit (we had already paid our bill from the first visit). We called the office to let them know what happened, thinking they would just cancel out the bill (especially since we had already paid the first bill). No such luck. We fought the bill, and they threatened to turn us over to collections. We'll never use them again! We have found another plumber we will happily give our business to from now on.

I like to DIY. My toilet had a leak. I bought new parts and set out to fix the leak. I got to the last nut and bolt which would have allowed me to replace the necessary parts. The nut and bolt were so corroded that nothing I tried would separate the two. I gave up and called Slaughter Plumbing. Jeff came to my house the same day. He couldn't separate them either (that made me feel better about my skills.) He pulled out a hack saw and cut them apart without scratching my toilet. Then he installed my new parts within minutes. Slaughter Plumbing hired Jeff. Jeff rescued me and did not make me feel bad about my not being able to handle that bolt myself. Thank you for the fast and friendly service.

Slaughter Plumbing did a great job replacing our single-handle shower valve. Kory & Sam were prompt, efficient, courteous & kind. Their rate was fair and over $100 less than the flat rate quoted by another plumber. I will use them again for future plumbing needs and would recommend them to others.

We had to call Slaughter Plumbing the other night for a serious backup at our home. The person taking the call was very courteous and professional and the service tech Gary was also on time and very professional. He was able to clear the drain and get us back in shape in no time. He also was very diligent to make sure he cleaned up after his work and left the area in better shape than when he arrived.

No need to call any other plumbing service to compare. I can't say enough good things about John and Slaughter Plumbing. They are now on my speed-dial list. The attention to detail, professionalism, kindness, and willingness to listen and help are beyond reproach. John even spent some time with my dogs so they were comfortable with him being in the house. Great service and great value!

Zak was our plumber, nothing but good things to say about him, very personable. Repaired loose toilet, installed new faucet, new washing machine hoses, and gave me a hand with another project for a few minutes. Other quote was 3 times as much. Great job by Slaughter! Very Happy.

I needed 2 water valves replaced under the Vanity in my Master Bath. I left a message Sunday night on their machine. First thing Monday morning I received a call with a price to do the job.

There are companies out there that charge you $50- bucks to come to your house to give you a price. Slaughter Plumbing gave me a price over the phone for the work I requested and that was right on the money.
I appreciate their straight forward way of doing business.

We made an appointment for this afternoon. Cody came to do the job. He was right on time. Very professional. I had a number of questions about the type of valves we should put in and he gave me his recommendation and reasons why.

While he was replacing the valves, I told him that the fixture above the sink was not quite tight. While he was down there he adjusted the mount and we are all set.

Cody explained everything and answered all of my questions. He got the job done quickly and he cleaned up everything.

He asked if he could do anything else for me. I told him that we are going to be replacing the toilet soon and he recommended a Gerber Comfort fit elongated toilet.

I looked on-line and saw the Allerton™ 1.28 gpf 12" Rough-In Two-Piece Elongated ErgoHeight™ Toilet. Looks great and has very good reviews.

I am very happy with the service that I received from Slaughter Plumbing today. I will be contacting them soon to install my new toilet. Cody was fantastic and I would recommend Cody and Slaughter Plumbing to everyone.

We had an emergency. I tried moving the hose to a "better" spot. The spigot on the side of the house began spouting water both inside the wall and outside the exterior wall! And since this is our new home, the broken shut off valve hasn't been fixed yet. So, I began calling plumbers. The fifth call was to Slaughter Plumbing. In spite of it being very busy, they had someone here within 30 minutes and he managed to get the shut off valve at the street turned off and then fixed our leak. I'm so happy I cannot even explain.
