Thank you Lacey Family! Just bought an old home and had a scary scene happening in my home. Called and spoke to Dawn who not only calmed me down but sent Charlie asap to my home. Charlie was very polite and really took the time to explain the whole process. In 40 minutes he managed to unclog my whole house and give me back my peace. Worst plumber in the world!!!!!! How many plumbers does it take to figure out a pipe is leaking? Apparently more than 3. Took over 2 weeks to get these "plumbers" to fix a leaking dirty water pipe. The words-customer service-mean nothing to them. They demand you work within their schedule but when you do and make arrangements to meet their demands they show up HOURS later then they said. HOURS!!!! Please don't waste your money with Lacey plumbing! Bad service should not be rewarded.

When we called for information, we spoke to Dawn extremely professional, knowledgeable, and amazing customer service! Cody came to do the job. On time, explained what he was going to do, and showed us what he was doing. End result was beautiful. He cut the wall, combine the pipes from 2 handles to 1, changed the showerhead, when he was done you couldn't tell that he cut the wall, and it was so beautiful! I love my shower! Will never call anyone else!

A nightmare that began with a cut water line on my fridge that I couldn’t get to shut off on a Saturday afternoon became a dream come true after my phone call to this business. From my hysterical PLEASE HELP phone call to a plumber at my door was less than an hour! What I thought would be a simple repair, ending up becoming more complicated than anticipated because of my old gaskets needing to be replaced. Throughout the process, the young man “Charlie” dispatched to my call, kept me informed and did a great job getting my problem fixed! Highly recommend this business!!

Great plumber! I have had plumbing problems for several years (backed up toilets). No one could find the problem, until C Lacey Plumbing. They went the extra distance (90 feet). The plumbers and efficient and courteous. They even showed up earlier than the estimated time - and called first to let me know they were coming. I have called them twice (a different problem the first time) and will be using them for all my plumbing work.

Nick did an EXCELLENT job cleaning sewer line out.DID NOT TRY TO SCAM ME,A VERY RARE QUALITY!I told office staff that this was an an emergency because tolet and shower backing up and overflowing! Most businesses have not learned that the pigs will always get fed but the hogs will always get SLAUGHTERED! I it's nice to see that this company does not oversell people! I highly recommend this company to anybody with any plumbing concerns!!

Had a water leak early Sunday morning. Charlie come out and ended up it wasn't a leak but a brick had fallen on a shutoff valve and accidently opened it.. Charlie was extremely courteous, friendly and professional even though his Sunday had been disrupted by my service call. I would highly recommend Lacey Plumbing to anyone. Extremely pleased with their prompt service on a weekend.

Dawn, Wayne, Charles, and the rest of the team have provided thorough professional service for some challenging plumbing issues at our home. All I can say is WOW! This is why I like to use independently owned companies. I had to call a plumber on a Saturday at the end of a very trying week and C. Lacey Plumbing was more than perfect. They came when they said they would and assessed that my renter had actually resolved the issue so there was no charge! Who does that? I will hand out their name like free lollipops. C Lacey Plumbing replaced a toilet flange that had been incorrectly installed and as a result broke. It was necessary to concrete around the flange before they could repair the broken pieces. Therefore, the work took place over multiple days. Cody, the technician, made sure the workspace was kept clean, showed up when scheduled, explained the process along the way and did a terrific job. A great overall experience, from a great service provider.

Lacey plumbers are fast, accurate and very efficient. They not only fit my emergency into their busy schedule but, they did an excellent job and were very courteous and polite and did a great job of cleaning up when they finished. I would highly recommend their service.

Where do I being with how pleased I am with the service provided. Prior to calling this company we had a national brand come out for an estimate. They told us that we needed to have our toilet augured and it would be $210 and this would fix the issue of flushing. That didn't seem right to me so I contacted C. Lacey and his grandson Chris came out. I was informed that all we needed to do was adjust the chains inside the toilet and pour white vinegar in as well. Half the price with an actual and sustained solution. You can't beat that!! Now all the toilets flush correctly. Hats off for honesty and fairness in business. That speaks volumes to this satisfied customer.

I hired C. Lacey Plumbing to fix an issue I had with the shower in my vacation property in Largo Fl. They took care of the issue the same day and fixed it while I had a guest staying in the property. From the time you call to make the request and the plumbers that perform the job, you notice their professionalism, knowledge and courtesy.

I had no hot water in kitchen and leaks in bath. I got Excellent service, Charlie had to replace the valve under sink and fixed the problem then fixed the leak under the sink and the leak in my Front Bathroom. He wasted no time taking care of everything. I appreciate good service!

I can't tell you how happy I was with their same day service and knowledge with the work they do. Josh and Charlie We're both pleasant and professional and kind enough to answerer all my concerns with possible future plumbing issues.

Cody did an amazing job replacing my shower faucet. Because he took special care and very carefully carved out a large area needed for access, he didn’t cause any damage and I didn’t need tile repair, which saved me money. After calling Lacey Plumbing and explaining my situation, the lady on the phone made it possible to fit me into that days schedule. The plumber that came out was more thorough than any plumber we've ever used. Chris explained how and why my issue was happening. He was very professional and very respectful toward my wife and I. I just had another great experience with C. Lacey Plumbing. Hayden did such a great job replacing 54 year old metal pipe with PVC. He was able to cut out a small incision in the wall, a little bigger than the pipe. He made it very easy for me to patch the drywall and I was able to reuse the cut out pieces. Hayden is a superstar and a very nice person as well. This is a great company and I will only use them for my plumbing work. Thank You Hayden, you are a great representative of this company.Great work, great prices and very honest. Can't beat that.

I am very pleased with this company. We have used them probably 4 or 5 times over the years and have always been happy. The latest plumbing issue was handled very nicely by Josh. He was very friendly, fast and courteous. He does his job very well and he takes pride in what he does and takes care of his customers. He is very knowledgeable and I was very impressed. Everyone at C Lacey Plumbing has always treated us very well and are fair with their pricing. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs plumbing service.
