If I could give one star I would. These people are straight out disappointing. They promise things to just say they “misheard you”. Please I repeat please don’t ever use these people we have used them for years and they were nothing but disrespectful and nasty. Shame on you. The receptionist that you talk to on the phone is nothing but nasty. I wish no one has to speak to her again.

Thanks goes out to Mike L. He came out yesterday and installed a new Water Heater and some faucets. Super guy! We have been dealing with McGill Plumbing for about 12 years now and they are always fantastic. They are professional, knowledgeable, friendly and always take the time to answer questions. Thank you Shane for running an awesome company!

I would have put a 5 star for the service/installation of a water softener and faucet by Jono and Ross - very direct and knowledgeable. However LONG story but I will cut it short. I can't say I appreciated the fact that my first check handed in at time of service had been lost which I contacted them twice because my check remained outstanding on my checkbook. They did not contact me! After their search and our discussion I stopped payment on the first one. The second check I personally took in and had my invoice signed by Brett as paid in full less my stop payment fee. It was then electronically deposited that day. My blood pressure rose when yesterday (14 days after they deposited the 2nd one) I received a PAST DUE notice for the original amount of the first check. I contacted and spoke to Brett immediately and he said to throw out the notice. I understand things happen and we are all human but after working in accounting for many years I think there needs to be a review of your internal controls.

Tom and Josh installed a new water softener system for us, they were very professional and finished the job quickly. Great service

I am extremely happy with McGill Plumbing. They moved my plumbing from the floor to the attic. Jake and Bobby were professional, friendly, explained what they were doing, and very easy to work with. Kudos to McGill Plumbing. Reasonable price. Everything was upfront. No surprises. I would highly recommend.

Just an incredibly professional job installing my hot water heater by Mark. Old piping was a mess and he cleaned it all up with sweated(soldered) copper pipes! Same price or cheaper than the competition and they don’t solder copper.

McGill Plumbing has consistently provided excellent service with fair pricing. Their response time is great and their plumbers are very professional. I’ve referred them to several friends and family members.

Had a water softener installed purchased at Lowes by our handyman a couple of months ago. I don't think it was programmed correctly and barely came on. One company came out - couldn't fix and charged me $125 for nothing. The manufacturer only does virtual troubleshooting and wanted me to send pictures of everything except my first born. I was stressed out. I called McGill. They generally don't service the brand I purchased but the young lady on the phone and the service tech that was in the office that morning felt bad for me and came out to take a look. He programmed the unit correctly. I heard it go on last night. Thank you so much for the awesome customer service. Companies like you are few and far between.

Note: I didn't require their plumbing services... I needed replacement part(s) for a dripping bathtub faucet and my house was built in the late 1950s.

Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and decently priced! I had to replace the valve stems on an older shower faucet. They had the kit in stock which had everything I needed!!

I was able to put it all back together and (thankfully) no more dripping!!!

Our garbage disposal broke down last night making loud noise and vibration when on. I stopped in McGill’s this morning and had immediate friendly service. We discussed new disposal and installation. About four hours later after house call by service technicians we had a brand new Insinkerator. Very reasonable total cost and quick efficient installation.

This was a tricky service call, and I was sure it was going to be a mess and cost a fortune. But I was pleasantly surprised! Chris and the crew had me up and running in no time. They really went beyond the call. Knowledgable, friendly, professional and more. And the cost was much less than I anticipated. I wouldn't use anyone else! And Brittany (I think I got your name right) on the phone was terrific!)

This is now the 2nd time I've used McGill for a toilet repair. They scheduled me the next day. Tom arrived on time and was done in under an hour. Fast and efficient service, not to mention friendly and left great advice about water treatment and care. Thank you McGill

Nichole and her team help solve a major water heater and plumbing problem that we had over the holidays in a rental condo. They got a team over quickly who got everything repaired and back working The same day. We will always use McGill for future plumbing needs. Thanks so much for getting it solved.

Tom and Johnny came today to level my toilet, remove old and install new bathroom faucet, and replace kitchen sink filter. They called before arrival, arrived within time stated, did all repairs for a reasonable price. Very pleased with their work!

We had a clog in our system from years of buildup and worried that we would have to renew our drain system before remodeling our kitchen. Chris at McGill came to our house, cleared the drain and then inspected the entire system with a camera. Luckily, it was just build up over 20 years and water is draining perfectly! He was knowledgeable, kind and efficient. Arrived on time, and did a great job! Highly recommend McGill Plumbing!! The pricing was fair, unlike other ripoff plumbers we have used in the past.

The parts/showroom department deserve a medal for the help today. I have been stranded looking for vintage plumbing parts for a week now. Johnathan (didnt catch spelling) knew exactly what I needed at a split second. I am so impressed, and so happy that a place like this still exists in my hometown.

My entire experience has been all positive! Jonathan in the sales room was so friendly, helpful, patient, and thorough. We also had them do the construction work on our house, and everything turned out great. Ray, the manager, very professional and communicative. Jake and Bobby had a great attitude and you could tell they’re passionate for the work. Highly recommend!!! Very grateful for their team. Even my shower tile installer said we chose a great plumber and appreciated the good work.

Very satisfied with the service they gave me, the gentleman was protected with his mask and glove in this Covid19 situation ...Prices affordable.

C. lacey was our go to when we operated a bar, we used them monthly, they are honest & fair and respond right away.....refreshing in a sea of crooks to deal with an honest business.

Driving down the road I almost get hit by a giant van (tried to get tag) but when I went around the van I could the guy smoking a joint! I’m new to FL and I know it’s legal but under the influence is not cool!
