I called Roto- Rooter to fix a leaking sink drain. It had been repaired by a different plumber approximately 2 years ago so I ask them to replace the parts. Edor was on time (a gift) and courteous. He had to leave to buy the replacement parts but was back in a short time. Was extremely happy with service. Will call again if I have a problem and hopefully they will send Edor.

Always a great experience with them. Keli showed up on time. Was fast and efficient at communicating what was going to happen and the next step that needed to be taken.
Then team that came out next for the descaling were awesome! Overall great experience!

The supervisor that came for inspection explained everything we could see in the pipes with his camera and proposed future cleanup. No hard sell on additional services, just honey recommendations and pricing. We will definitely use their services again when needed.

I called Roto-Rooter to help with a commercial lift station that was not working properly. This location was over an hour away from me. They sent me the best lift station specialist in the form of Joe Morriseau! He called me from the start to let me know what he found when he reached the site, and he went above and beyond by communicating with everyone on site! He called me through each step of the process, let me know when the septic people where there to vacuum out the station so that he could access the pump, and then cleared the pump so that it could work again. He sent me photos so that I knew that was happening. I am infinitely grateful to Joe for getting me through a difficult day. Thank you, Roto-Rooter!

Jack and his partner did their job extremely well. My home had a clog that was quite thick, they kept at it and now the line is nice and clear. Kitchen sink is draining and I'm happy.

Keli was perfect, he took the time to educate me on what needed to be done and was very kind and empathetic while doing it. Performed the work quickly and cleaned up the workstation upon completion. Happy with the service he provided.

Adrian was fantastic. He arrived on time, was polite and professional, and clearly explained everything he was doing. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my kitchen sink and walked me through what caused it.

What stood out most was how respectful and thorough he was. He made sure I understood what he’d done, gave me helpful tips for maintenance, and left everything clean.

It’s not easy having someone in your home when something’s broken, but Adrian made the experience as stress-free as possible. I really appreciated his calm, knowledgeable approach!

My hot water heater was beeping- I called and got a hold of Cameron Rhode with Roto Rooter he came out immediately and was friendly and knowledgeable, took his time explaining everything to me , my water heater was not even installed properly in the first place- So we had him come out 2 days later on my schedule, which he was very accommodating.. it was installed properly and he was very clean , professional and fast ! I really appreciated his service and am very grateful for this experience to be so easy and flawless! I’m a customer for life after this - Thank you Cameron and Roto Rooter! I highly recommend anyone who needs help to call him!

The plumber that came was a true gentleman. He came mid evening on a Friday night. He had a good attitude, and he was able to explain to me what needed to be done. I truly appreciated his respect for me and my home. Overall good experience.

Went away on a business trip for 4 days. Came back and the main toilet had weak pressure almost as if it was clogged but it wasn’t. Jack was responsive and replaced the toilet fill valve because it was filled w/ sediment. After replacing it, the toilet basin filled up per usual but the water wasn’t going down the toilet properly. Jack went the extra mile and started assessing the holes around the toilet rim and felt something was in there. First try something came out that looked like plastic netting. Still was not siphoning properly. Felt around more and another plastic netting shot out and the toilet siphoned properly this time. Subsequent flushes assured it was resolved. I would highly recommend this company and Jack for all of your plumbing needs!

Mike came out promptly to help my senior aunt out. Very considerate and took his time to make sure she understood. Free estimate and didn’t try to sell her a service she didn’t need. MUCH APPRECIATED
