I have used this company many times on repairs from inspections, I have referred them to customers, and used them for my own plumbing repairs. I have also been able to compare their prices to other vendors and they have always been the most competitive. Not only that, Livia who answers the phone is 100% of the time welcoming, has a great demeanor and will go above and beyond to accommodate you if anything is possible at all. I have been working a lot with technician Joe and he too, will go above and beyond for the customer satisfaction. Joe always has a great attitude, is accommodating and is great at explaining the matters in a way I can understand. I ask for Joe as much as I can, he is a great business partner because he cares about people and I know the job will be well done. You're in good hands with this plumbing company!

Had a sewer backup in my park model trailer and The Drain Team came out and fixed right away. Chris (rep# 392) was very knowledgeable and noticed the system was setup wrong and corrected the problem. I highly recommend him and his team.

Excellent Service – Fast, Honest, and Affordable! After our plumber discovered a blocked drain he couldn’t clear (and had to remove our toilet to find it), I called The Drain Team. Lidia answered the phone and was incredibly friendly and helpful — she quickly dispatched William, who arrived within 30 minutes! He diagnosed the issue right away, cleared the blockage in about 20 minutes, and even discounted the bill since he didn’t need to remove or reinstall the toilet.

It’s rare to find a company this quick, honest, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend The Drain Team to anyone needing reliable drain service!

We recently had a problem with leaking from our toilet. I called Drain Team and Will arrived in less than an hour. He inspected the situation, told me what he thought we needed done. He ended up checking for possible water damage, found a potential mildew issue, called their sister company to come out and inspect the area. After a couple of hours, our new toilet was installed and the fans were put in to dry our the woodworking. Will stayed until all of the work was completed. I have not seen this kind of professional and diligent service from any other company. Thanks a a lot Will.

Great company! I first spot to Lydia who was clear and quick. She made scheduling easy and had someone out in 20 mins. Will was even better. He was super knowledgeable and personable. He quickly identified the problem, explained it to me so I could understand and was helpful/friendly throughout. Great experience. Would recommend Will.

I have had to use the drain team three times in the past 6 months for the same issue (no fault to them, i just have a root i cannot afford to fix quite yet) and i want to say, they have been spectacular to deal with every single time! They are timely, they are honest, they are helpful, and they are efficient. Their cost is cheaper than most big name competitors in the area, and their service is way more professional than said competitors. I have enjoyed the experiences i have had with them. My tech who came out the initial time and today, helped me formulate a plan to remove my little wooden porch on the front to save some cost on the more solid plan to fix this ongoing issue! They are so incredibly knowledgeable and understanding. I recommend them to any and everyone! I am so grateful to the drain team😊

Josh and Caleb were great. They came to my Condo on a Sunday morning to fix a leak in a hard-to-reach pipe in the ceiling of a walk-in-closet. The were knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. The job was done more quickly than I expected. These guys will be my Go-to-Team in the future!

The Drain Team did an excellent job fixing my kitchen sink drain. Miguel was the installer, and he handled a complete tubular drain reinstall after my old setup kept leaking. He was professional, thorough, and made the new setup far more durable than what I had before. The price was very fair, and the quality of the work was outstanding. Highly recommended!

5+ stars! I had an issue called them, they were very nice & willing to come later that evening but I was ok waiting until the next day. The job seemed simple enough but issues were found and it took way longer. Shout out to Gabriel who was very professional, detailed and kind. Has a back up into toilets and tub. Caleb showed right before dark, apologized for being late, traffic, an hour and a half. Wow, but his attitude was still great. His manager was so polite and my questions were answered like he really cared for me to understand what was going on. The Drain Team is our go to plumbing company when our Condo/Co-Op/HOA clients have plumbing issues day or night. We like working with the team there including: John, for after hours calls; and Josh, Antonio, Daniel, Chris and Jacob plumbing techs (hope I didn't miss anyone). My most recent call out today (Superbowl Sunday) included working with a new tech, Caleb, that was in training with Josh. He did a great job locating and fixing a leak in a copper water line that was spraying a lot. The pictures they provided showed Caleb made nice clean solder joints on the repaired pipe. We recently moved into a new house and within a few days realized we had a plumbing issue. My husband tried to troubleshoot it himself; but we needed to call a plumber. After doing a bit of online research, he called the Drain Team.
Charles was able to come out that very afternoon. He listened carefully as we told him what was going on. He was able to diagnose our problem and fix it enough for us to use plumbing overnight. He then came back the next day, normally his day off, and did a complete job to fix it long term. He added a clean out to our home; as it didn't have one. He also jetted the line.
We highly recommend having Charles with the Drain Team come and take care of your plumbing needs. He was kind, professional, insightful and just overall so amazing.
