Love Drain Team! Been our choice for years, and this time when we had a water heater spraying from the top, we called late in the day, got on the books for early appt next day, and had a miracle visit that evening by Wes who ensured everything was safe for the night. He ordered a correct replacement for the snug space, and early next day was back to do the job. Wes was polite and professional and answered every question. Very grateful!

We have used The Drain Team for several projects around the house for a couple of years now. Gabriel came out today to snake our drains and he was great. Very professional and had a great attitude and helped explain what he was doing and what he would recommend for the future. Great company, we plan on using them for any of our plumbing issues. We manage properties and this plumbing company goes out same day,gives you an honest evaluation,and leaves it up to you to repair. Because of the honesty you agree and let them do the work. They are reasonably priced as well. Chris 392 was excellent today. But they all are.

We had a great experience with The Drain Team from start to finish. We called about two toilet issues and a sink faucet replacement, and they were able to get us scheduled for the very next day, which was a huge relief.

Gabe arrived right on time and was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely polite. He quickly diagnosed the problems, explained everything clearly, and fixed all of our issues efficiently. The work was done right the first time, and everything is working perfectly now.

Shower had slow leakI have 3 knobs to turn on shower /fill tub. Apparently these faucet stems are difficult to find depending on model. Ivan come out and he was able to track down a place that had parts I needed. I was told of pricing beforehand and I found him courteous, respectful and pricing provided was fair. I received pricing for possible future projects as well. If I go forward with future projects, ill be sure to call the drain team and ask for Ivan.

Thomas came out to our home to unclog a drain and provided excellent service. He was very polite, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. While he was here, he also noticed that the toilet guts may need to be updated to prevent a future leak that could cause water loss and increase our water bill. I really appreciated his honesty and the fact that he was looking out for us instead of just doing the quick repair and leaving. Great experience and I would definitely recommend Thomas and this company.

Just had both of my hot water tanks replaced (duplex) and a tub faucet quick fix by Ivan & Miguel today. So grateful that they were willing to come out on New Year's day. Super communicative and respectful of the space. Cleaned up after themselves. Gave me information on warranty, tips on saving on electric bill/preserving the tanks, etc. Never a bad experience with The Drain Team, thank you again!

I had a water leak in my kitchen. I called two vendors and no one answered and this was before 4pm. I called another vendor who wasn't able to get out for 3 hours. Then I remembered a homeowner who recommended Romo's. Someone immediately answered the phone and they sent out a plumber within 1 hour.

Zach quickly identified the problem and recommended a two part fix to ensure it never happened again. He was meticulous and thorough and showed me pictures of what he did. He was just a nice guy. He recommended a great restoration company who came out the next morning.

I will only use Romo's from now on as they were less expensive, quick to respond, and very efficient.

Romo's Plumbing just recently install a new washer/dryer hook-up for my Wife and I at our condo, and they did an excellent job. Cost efficient, Promote, and excellent craftsmanship.
Romo, as always, provided excellent service with friendly and trustworthy techs! The techs were left alone at my condo, multiple times, and no issues of any kind arose.

There was no emergency, but if there was, I am confident that it would be handled right then. Zach arrived on schedule, did a great job fixing a leaking toilet. Romo's Plumbing is a pleasure to work with. My mother's house had a water heater replaced by a different company that also left her with another issue that was not initially caused by us. I needed to find a different plumbing company and contact Romo's company. Mara who generally answers the phone is polite and has great customer service skills. Super friendly and you can tell she listens to your issues and relays this information to whomever it needs to be passed to. She will call you back on a timely manner. She will try to respond to questions you have.

Romo, who is the business owner, contacted me where we spent a good amount of time addressing several of my concerns. I don't know anything about plumbing, but Romo was great at explaining it through to me. He was very honest and came out to assess the issues... He was upfront about pricing and talked to me like we are two humans holding a conversation. With my mother under a tight timeline, Romo knew the sense of urgency unlike the other original company. He came out the next day and was able to help me move forth with the job. He is professional, reasonably priced (even worked with me because I was hesitant to begin with due to my most recent interaction with the other plumbing company), honest, and shows he tries his best to get the answers you are looking for. Romo doesnt pressure you into going with him. He understands and seems like someone who just really wants to help diagnose and fix your plumbing issues. That's all we have asked for. 10/10 would recommend this company.

Early Saturday morning July 4th weekend, I found my water heater in the garage leaking badly. I did not have a regular plumber. Fortunately, I was able to get a referral for Romo's Plumbing & A/C from a friend. I'm very pleased that by mid Monday, my water heater was replaced and the hot water was back on. Excellent! From the early Saturday morning phone call with Romo to the Monday morning service call with Jackson and Dylan, the whole process was smooth and efficient. I highly recommend Romo's Plumbing & A/C.
