Zach and Jacson were so wonderful and helpful! They came the day after thanksgiving within 30 minutes after calling them and did an entire water heater replacement. They were polite and efficient. Thank you both so much, I’ll definitely be calling you again if I ever have plumbing issues.

Our natural gas water heater needed replacing. After a week of leaking, it was time to call Romo as we are now repeat customers! To our surprise, Zach and Joey were at our house within a couple hours and the job was done professionally and efficiently. Nice job guys! Happy New Year!

We were out of town and our house sitter reported some backups in two of our bathroom, toilets and showers. I called Romos on a Sunday and they were able to come out first thing Monday morning. Tyler and Joey showed up right at 8:30! They were extremely polite and professional and got down to business. They snaked out the pipes and also used a camera to go just over 100 feet into our pipes to make sure everything was running smoothly. They checked and double checked each sink, tub and toilet throughout the house via the camera to make sure the issue was fixed. Incredibly detailed! This is the second time we have used Romo and we would never call anyone else! Can’t recommend them enough! Thanks Tyler and Joey!

Communication was excellent, the plumber was very knowledgeable and professional. I asked for an unusual solution and they built exactly what I asked for. They did not try to "upsell me", they were incredible profession and on time. The job was well done and turned a plumbing mess into controllable and manageable. 10 out of 10!

Other companies I've been using had all sorts of scheduling and communication issues. Called Romos after being ghosted by another local plumbing company with an urgent pressure valve leak with my water heater. Ended up talking with the owner Romo, and he was super nice and eager to help me out and gain my business, even gave me a few tips on things to check with the water heater and maintenance things to do on my own.

They sent out Joey early the next day and had the valve replaced and everything tested within an hour or so. Great explanation of the problem and helpful answers to all my secondary questions. Hope to have him back for other projects!

We have used Romo’s twice now for backups and leaks in our house. They were always great at communicating and called multiple times to let me know when they would be arriving. Joey was great at explaining the issue for me and fixing promptly.

I couldn’t be happier with Romo’s Plumbing! I was dealing with a leak and low water pressure in my kitchen sink, and they took care of everything. They identified the problem, picked up a replacement faucet that matched my old one perfectly, and installed it quickly. They were clean, professional, and respectful of my space. Great service all around, don't call anyone else call these guys.

These guys are the best!! Shout out to both Joey and Ed for their amazing job and their amazing personalities as well as they were both very fun to talk to and enjoyed connecting with Joey as he is a big gear head like I am. And also wanna give a big shout out to Zach as well for his great knowledge and being able to take some time out of his way to come see if my water heater could be fixed even though it was beyond repair unfortunately. But again... that's when Joey and Ed stepped in and just killed it with their service! Thank you so much again guys!! Would recommend these guys all day... 10/10!!

I’m extremely grateful to the team at Romo’s plumping! I had an emergency leak that I didn’t realize had flooded my backyard and needed instant repair. Jacson came out within the hour of calling and was extremely helpful and informative. The full repair was out of my price range with any other company but they offered me a payment plan over two separate plans which I appreciated. The woman who confirmed the appointment the following day was very nice and professional. She told me someone would be at my home between 2-5 and I was so relieved when Zach arrived. He got right to work, gave me a clear understanding of what he did and showed me where the problem was in my pipe he replaced. I live in a trailer that will most definitely have more issues in the future and I can say for a fact that when those problems arise, I’ll be calling back this amazing team. Hard working, friendly, professional and most of all, honest! Thank you guys for helping and working with me on such a dirty job! I appreciate it it more than this review can put into words!

I highly recommend Romo's Plumbing! I've been working with their team for years. Their plumbers are always knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy. They provide high-quality service at a very fair price. I've been especially impressed with Ed, Jackson, Joey, Zach, and of course Romo himself! Working with Mara, Jamie, and Angie in the office is always a pleasure too. The plumbers really take the time to explain issues and educate the customer. I forgot the 2 men who came to fix my plumbing issue, but they were both great! They were knowledgeable, explained what and why they were doing things to unclog my mainline, and did it quickly without any issue. I’d definitely recommend Romo’s to anyone looking for a plumber that won’t break the bank. I called at 8am on a Mon, and they came early afternoon and finished within an hour, with everything working correctly.

These guys are hands-down the best plumbers I've ever dealt with. They showed up exactly on time, diagnosed a tricky leak in my kitchen in minutes, and had everything fixed perfectly in under an hour. Super professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely nice people who treat your home like their own.

What really stood out was how honest and fair they were - they easily could have upsold me on unnecessary work, but instead explained everything clearly and only did what actually needed to be done. Their pricing was extremely reasonable for the high-quality work.

We had an emergency water main break that forced us to shut off water to 145 residents in our manufactured home park (Indian Rocks Estates). We called two other plumbers, and both told us it would be up to 24 hours before anyone could come out. Our third call was to Romo’s Plumbing in Largo. Their office told us, “Someone will be out in 30 minutes.” Honestly, we didn’t believe it—but hoped for the best.

Within an hour, a full crew of four plumbers AND Romo himself were on-site. To our surprise, Romo jumped right into the trench alongside his team and worked to get the repair done. We told our residents to expect a 4-hour outage, but thanks to Romo’s crew, it was completed in just 2 hours. That made a world of difference—fewer angry residents, and a huge relief for us.

The professionalism, friendliness, and teamwork were outstanding. You just don’t find service, knowledge, and dedication like this anymore. Because of this experience, we’ve decided to use Romo’s Plumbing for all of our future issues. They’re available 24/7, and every member of their crew treated us with respect and urgency.

James and Andre were great. They installed four new Kohler toilets professionally and left everything neat and clean. James, the owner, is a stand-up guy, a pleasure to deal with.

After an unfortunate water leak, I was referred to Woodson Plumbing by another plumber for a complete home plumbing re-pipe. James was quick to come assess the situation, and work was started as soon as the permits were ready to go! Derek came out and completed the work and was absolutely wonderful! He explained everything he was doing, he was honest on things that didn't need immediate attention when other companies were not, and the quality of his work was top notch. The job was finished beautifully, quickly, and professionally! James was in touch every step of the way throughout the entire project to make sure I was taken care of! I can't recommend a more honest, hardworking, company!! Thank you both so much for everything!!

Water heater rusted out. I had Choice Home Warranty give me the run around. After five days with no resolution, I called Woodson and spoke to James.
He was the most helpful person I have ever dealt with in regards to fixing something in my home. Within 2 hours he had worked out warranty issues with Rheem and lined up a technician to replace it within 24 hours! Andre was on time, extremely efficient, and left my house spotless.
I have been a homeowner for 48 years and have had all sorts of crazy things happen. The only people who have ever taken care of us like this have been members of my family! I will DEFINITELY call Woodson for any future plumbing needs.

We just used James Woodson to install a Reverse Osmosis system for us. We shopped around; one reason we used James was that he is a water quality specialist. He has fair pricing and is very knowledgeable!

Quick and efficient they made sure all leaks and issues were resolved till the end of the job. We are very pleased with the work done and would highly recommend them. Bring a reals estate agent and dealing with multiple clients daily it’s important that they took care of my personal home with dedication and full detail at a high level.
