We had an old sump pump in our front yard for pumping off excess water that collects in our driveway during very heavy storms. Romo made an assessment of the type of system that we needed based on the position of our home with regard to our neighbor's run off, the pitch of both our driveway and roof line, and the number of gutter down spouts we have pushing water onto the driveway. The system that Romo recommended and installed is night and day better that what we had. We have had a few storms since the installation and it handles the water removal like I image a commercial system would. The gentlemen that were here daily installing the system were both professional and courteous. I recommend Romo's for any plumbing work you may have, large or small.

The Duo Badass Team Dusty and his apprentice Jacson repaired the leak under my sink on such short notice very quickly and making sure everything was done correctly and up to code.

I found Romo's through a recommendation from a friend. I've been really impressed with the quality of work and even more impressed with the quality and care from the people. There was a snafu on their end with my appointment. Everyone from the folks who answered the phone to the guys who showed up to do the work did what they could to make it right. Romo, the owner, came to my house to personally apologize. He and Brandon took care of my issue and didn't even charge me. I was shocked! You rarely see that from a company these days. It's clear they truly value their customers. Jackson, who completed a prior service for me, was just as great. He was knowledgeable, communicative and professional. I called Romo as we did not have water when we arrived to our florida home. They answered on a Saturday and although the problem could not be resolved. Joey showed up and thanked us for calling them and didn’t charge. They will be our plumbers for life.
