This is my second time using the drain team, and will continue using them in the future. My recent plumbing issue was addressed by an employee named Gabe. I will say he went above and beyond my expectations. He took pride in his profession and it showed in the results. This company certainly chooses only the best!

We had an excellent experience with Christopher. He arrived on time and was very professional. He replaced 2 toilets and the garbage disposal. We have 2 homes and will definitely be using the drain team and requesting Christopher as our technician. Thank you again for a job well done!!!

Wesley and Ivan came out to repair a shower diverter. They quickly were able to make the repair. I inquired about my water pressure and what it would take to determine what was causing it. Wesley was honest and said it could be quite extensive to find a clog, but suggested I start with hose bibb nearest the supply line and try to eliminate where the clog may be before I had someone come out to look. He glanced at the external shutoff valve and noted it was not fully open from a previous unrelated plumber. He opened the valve fully and magically, pressure was fixed. I consider this over and above service from Wesley and Ivan and recommend the Drain Team for your needs.

Great company, they were on point with timing and schedule. My Tech was Daniel and his awesome. Very professional, polite and honest. He went over each detail step by step until he fixed the issue. They have good equipment like cameras and other special tools. Price was reasonable and thanks for the Law Enforcement discount.

Jason and crew did a fantastic job on two line reroutes and sewer line replacement. Very courteous and professional. They finished this multi-day job on time as promised and left everything tidy and clean. We highly recommend the Drain Team.

We are very pleased with The Drain Team! Our business water heater finally failed and Josh was out there on a Sunday to get eyes on what needed to be done. Ultimately we had to do a replacement, but from start to finish, Josh was great! Super friendly, professional and competent at what he does. We will definitely use The Drain Team again.

The drain team had someone at my house within 3 hours of being notified which I was incredibly surprised about. Collin came out and made sure he put covers over his shoes before entering my home and was very careful not to make any mess in my freshly cleaned bathroom. He quickly cleaned out a deep clog in my tub that the maintenance guy for my property management company was unable to reach. Collin made sure to even clean my bathtub and left it better than he found it. He was very polite and even entertained my toddler who was very interested in what he was doing. Highly reccomend the drain team and Collin. Thank you again for your great service Collin!

This company is spot on! We took a chance, we just bought our home and noticed more & more water pooling by the side of our house. Less than 24 hours we had George here evaluating, Norm came in with a detector, and Josh followed up and fixed the issue! Regan in the office was in contact with me every step of the way & very helpful! They all went above & beyond, were courteous & professional, yet so down to earth! Josh explained everything to me as we progressed and was super! I can’t say enough about the Drain Team and their staff! Fantastic company!

After trying several plumbers and never feeling confident enough to stick with one, I can honestly say Chris (392) is the exception. He was prompt, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. It’s a relief to finally have someone I trust and would gladly call again.

We had a water leak in our home - water leaking out onto the garage floor. Source of leak unknown. The leak detection expert sent by The Drain Team pinpointed the location of the leak. Unfortunately, it was under the slab of our tiled dining room floor. The same day they sent Miguel to estimate the cost of repair (reasonable price). Then, Miguel went to work. He set up a work area to contain dust and debris, cut through the tile and slab, identified the leaking pipe, and repaired the pipe and slab. Incredibly, he only needed to cut about an 18” square hole to complete the repair. Thankfully, we have some extra tile, so final step should be easy. Miguel was courteous and very talented.

I can’t say enough great things about The Drain Team!! George was awesome!! I had a lot of work done. George used a camera system and showed me exactly what the problem were. He also snaked the drains, installed a new toilet, and a new garbage disposal. George was great at explaining everything to me. He really took the time to explain everything to me and show me everything. I had no question’s about anything. I DEFINITELY will be recommending The Drain Team!! Thank you!!!!

Good, friendly, they do what they say they're going to do. And very reliable trustworthy, pleasant, these are the kind of guys you want to do your plumbing. I will use again. All around from the girls in their office and John real friendly as well as Will who did the repair.

We recently had the The Drain Team replace our lateral sewer line, we were having issue with this line backing up due to an old Orangeburg sewer line. Josh, Daniel and Caleb came out and did an outstanding job, with the coordination and the work to replace the line, it was done on in a timely manner with no issues. I would highly recommend The Drain Team to anyone that has sewer related issues

This company arrived ahead of time, they texted to tell me they would be early. My plumber was Gabriel and he was excellent. Professional, personable, detailed in his work. No complaints. Would hire again in a second.
