Really impressed with Jack, our technician, who installed the new hot water heater. He was prompt, friendly, and very thorough. Explained everything and answered all my questions. Would recommend the company and him.

Had a really great experience with Keli who cleared out our main line that was blocked up from tree roots. He was upfront about costs and stuck to the quote he gave me. He did a great job and did a good job cleaning the bathroom floor after. His kind supervisor Jason Ezra even came out with a camera to let me actually see the roots in the pipe.

Mike was on time. He was friendly & professional. Answered my questions and got my plumbing flowing again. It was a little more than I hoped to pay but worth it for the ease & backing of using Roto-Rooter. Happiness is the sound of my toilets flushing and draining!

Edor came and quickly assessed and fixed our broken shower pipe. He arrived on time and immediately got to work on the pipe. Very impressed with how quickly and efficiently he handled things. He communicated the whole time explaining what went wrong and was very reasonably priced. We will be using his services again to fix our other shower that has a broken mixer as well. It's never nice to start an early morning with a flooded room, so I didn't expect the day to get any better anytime soon. From the moment I called the national number, the folks at Roto-Rooter started to turn that around. Candi took my call and by the time tat call was over, she had me laughing instead of crying about our issue. She was delightful while being 100% professional and thorough. The day got better when tech Keli arrived less than 90 minutes later. He too was professional, while putting my concerns about our job to rest. Keli fully explained the process he would use to diagnose the problem. The initial price quoted seemed high initially, but turns out to simply be "market price". Keli worked quickly and kept us apprised of his progress. The problem was corrected for the price quoted with no surprises. By the time the work was completed, I felt we had a friend doing the work for us. Less than an hour after the job was complete, a field supervisor stopped to check on the job. In all, over the past 4 hours we have had interactions with 4 folks from RR (one was over the phone) and all were 5 STAR! Based on our experience today, I WHOLEHEARTEDLY recommend Roto-Rooter

Had an issue late at night and they came out right away. Super reliable and showed up when they said they would. Not overly computerized or corporate-feeling — just straight-up professional, knowledgeable, and got the job done without any nonsense.

Explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and left the area clean. You can tell they actually care about their work. Highly recommend if you want someone dependable, especially for after-hours calls.

I called before 7 am on a Saturday. Mike was at my door by 9 am. Mike was friendly and informative. Turns out I should have had the septic tank/lift station checked out before calling in a plumber. I would recommend using their services if need be. No charge so far.

We are here in Florida to assist my mom & the house had drainage issues. Roto-Router was easy to schedule appointment; phone assistance was polite & responsive. LISTENNNN.... if you have ever need a good laugh in the process of a bad ordeal(plumbing issues never a good thing) but Michael (mike) was the best. He was very prompt, professional, neat, and was very considerate about how he left his first impression 👏 and how he left my house after he qas done. Mike from Roto-Rooter was amazing and super friendly. He went above and beyond to solve our problem. He was great at explaining our option, and I feel like we got a great price for the work he did.

Today my plumbing technicians were Jack and Koli. Both the gentleman were very professional and took the time to repair my issue of replacing the hot water cartridge in one of my showers. The service was great and I now have plenty of hot water flowing through the shower again. Both gentlemen walked me through all the different steps and kept me up to date throughout the service which I truly appreciate. Jack was also helpful in talking to me about a future water heater replacement and I am definitely going to give a call when I'm ready for it. Thank you very much and I will continue to use Roto-Rooter for all my plumbing needs.

Came in with an incredible attitude and myself being a maintenance supervisor he listened to what I had to say about the situation and took in my thoughts on his decision to addressing the issue. Michael from Roto-Rooter came to my home and immediately assessed what the issue was. Unfortunately, since the issue is with the half pipe on my roof and Roto-Rooter no longer offers this option as part of their services. Although, Michael was great and immediately diagnosed the issue after explaining the situation to him. He provided a great background on the issue and was able to point me in the right direction to getting it fixed. I appreciate Michael for his efforts!

Mike is everything a plumber should be; punctual, professional, courteous, and has great technical knowledge. It has been a long time since I have seen someone love their job this much. Whatever Roto Rooter is paying him, it isn't enough.

I had water filling up my hallway the night before and I did not know the source. Mike methodically narrowed it down and found out it was a main sewer line blockage, potentially saving me thousands. He cleared the blockage and had me assist in testing the line multiple times so I had peace of mind that the repair was solid and I would have no more flooding.

I actually tried to hire a local mom and pop plumber claiming to be a "24/7 emergency plumber." Called at 6:30 pm on a Friday night and the person who answered didn't even use the business's name, just "hello?" Said he would call me back in two seconds. Got a text a half hour later saying no one could come out until the next day. I told him to disregard and called the name I have known since childhood and I am so glad I did. Big box doesn't mean small heart, at least in this case. Go with the pros at Roto Rooter (ask for Mike and thank me later) and rest assured your plumbing issues will be handled quickly and correctly.

Joey came out on a Saturday to replace a toilet that was installed with the house. Joey was very professional, work was done quickly and left the work site clean. I highly recommend this business.

Christopher came out and gave me a free estimate on 2 showers I needed repairs on in my new home. He returned promptly and did my repairs. Everything works great now & what a relief it is that it does. He repaired everything fast and did a excellent job. I will definitely call them again. New to Florida and they are trustworthy and honest.
