Reviews of local pros in Naples, Florida

John is an amazing individual who is honest and does what he said he would do at a fair. After Hurricane Ian he repaired my system quickly. I have without hesitation referred my neighbors to First Choice Cooling and Heating and all were very happy with his services.

This is the company to call if you need good service! I can't say enough good things about John. He has been to our home twice and we are very please with the service. He is very professional, quick to answer when we call, and comes right out to get the job done.

I had an issue with my Air-conditioner not cycling properly. It was still blowing cold air but ran for 4hrs+ straight to maintain the inside temperature. I called John May at First Choice Cooling & Heating and informed him of the issue. I was first on his list to come fix the issue and he showed up on time, fixed the issue (low Freon in the system) within less than an hour. Checked the system for any other issues and charges a fair price for the service call and repair. I recommend First Choice Cooling & Heating to others. Professional, Responsive, and On-Time.

Very impressed with this company! John came out quickly and was able to identify our issue and repair it fast! He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and is very reasonably priced. We will be sticking with him for all of our future A/C needs!

Awesome service, very prompt, & very professional. We had our a/c ducts reorganized for better cooling distribution and flow. We will be using First Choice Heating & Cooling exclusively from now on & highly recommend them.

This company did a complete and total install of a new air conditioner unit and ductwork. They were fantastic and professional!!!! I highly recommend them!!!!!! The owner of the company John is easily accessible and keeps you posted every step of the process!!!! Definitely recommend this A/C company!!!!!!

John and his team were amazing! They are very responsive from getting quotes, scheduling, to the install. His team did an excellent and very professional job installing our ductless systems in our guest house. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone I know.

Incredibly professional came and installed my whole home system in not time. They provided me multiple options to suit my exact needs. Incredibly friendly and courteous. The team went above and beyond would give them 6 stars if possible. I recommend them to all my family and friends in the area.

I called First Choice Cooling and Heating when our A/C fan stopped working outside. It was the end of the work day and yet John, the owner, stopped by after hours. He was professional, and patient, and took care of our cooling issue promptly.
Will definitely use him from here on for all our system needs. Highly recommend.

There must be 1000 posts a day from people looking for a reputable AC company. There is not enough space here to describe the excellence of First Choice Cooling. Quite frankly I am shocked in this environment to find someone who will come over at 7:30 at night to flush out an AC UNIT that is filling with water. No extra charge. John (the person who took care of us) made sure we would not be without AC overnight. This is the third time he came out within an hour after I called. I don’t know him well.. but I know him well enough to say First Choice is exactly that! Highly recommend!

First Choice Cooling exceeded my service expectations. They were responsive, pleasant to deal with and their fees were very competitive. They are now my go to cooling service provider.

John is actually just to goated for this work. Picked up the phone got a quick answer, really good estimate, they pulled up quickly, told me what needed to be done and how long it would take, the work was quickly executed and then they were gone. Whether it's a big or small work I recommend these guys 100%

John from First Choice Cooling came promptly and did a fantastic job with my AC Handler. He diagnosed the problem quickly and had the part that I needed with him and was very professional and was reasonable priced. I highly recommend First Choice Cooling for all your AC & heating needs.

John and his techs have done a great job on multiple properties as well as customers that i have referred to him. always recommend him and his company without hesitation

Install a Central Air Conditioning System.
We couldn't be more impressed and satisfied with First Choice.
The company was recommended to us by another highly respected contractor after we interviewed several on our own. That contractor couldn't miss our
dismay with all the others that we brought in. After our call late in the day to First Choice, John was here the next morning, explaining everything to us in layman's terms, no confusion and quoted a price. His expert technicians and John arrived as scheduled, on time. Our new system was installed and up and running within just a few hours.
You can be like me and get frustrated by calling several other companies first, or you can use all of my legwork as your own and make First Choice your First Choice. I highly recommend John and his team of expert technicians.

Absolutely fabulous company! John May was so prompt, knowledgeable, and just a great guy. Fixed the problem, kept me informed, and even changed my air filter. Best customer service I have experienced in a long time. I won't use anyone else except First Choice Cooling & Heating. Thank you John!

From the first phone call to First Choice, we were treated with great respect and interest. John ( we later learned was the owner of the company ) answered our call for an estimate on a new AC system inside and out. He came by the next day and offered us some choices, answered our many subsequent questions and supplied 2 talented and neat installers (Eddie & Chris) who left us with a new, efficient cooling system. Well done gentlemen!

So happy I choose First Choice air conditioning to replace my former ac company. Emanuel, came out and listened to my concerns and took his time to explain everything in a manner that I could understand .
I would highly recommend this company
with no hesitation.
Thank you, John and Emanuel

First Choice Cooling & Heating provided excellent HVAC services. They were super easy to communicate with, professional and reliable, and their timely response to our needs was greatly appreciated. Their approach to duct installation was flawless, and they’ve earned themselves a loyal customer. For anyone looking for a solid HVAC company in Naples, Florida, I’d 100% recommend giving First Choice Cooling & Heating a call.

Same day service with a smile! My call was answered by John just after 9am and they were able to get a tech out early afternoon same day! This was for a listing of mine with out of town owners. The technician, José was a pleasure to work with and explained everything clearly and John took care of explaining everything to the homeowners! A true delight to work with across the board!

I asked First Choice Cooling and Heating if they could give me a ‘sanity check’ (2nd opinion’) on my HVAC system which needed to be replaced. John came the very next morning, looked everything over, explained what was happening to my 11 year old HVAC and showed me the readings on the condenser. Today his crew of 2 expeditiously replaced the interior unit and the condenser. The crew was friendly, answered all my questions, used a drop cloth and kept the work area clean during and after. I am so glad I found this company and will move forward with them for future maintenance.
