I am very pleased with Molly Maid. Becky and Amber worked well together. They were pleasant and professional; easy to talk to. It's always pleasing when your home is thoroughly cleaned!

I couldn't be happier with the service from Molly Maids! The quality of their work is consistently top-notch, and I love how Jacki and her team (Alyssa and Wendy) always bring a positive attitude into our home. With both my husband and I working full-time jobs from home, it's such a relief not to have to worry about cleaning. They are incredibly considerate in working around our calls/schedules, always asking the best time to clean our home office so as not to disrupt our work. Jacki's attention to detail and flexibility makes all the difference. I highly recommend Molly Maids for anyone looking for reliable and professional cleaning services!

I have been a monthly customer of Molly Maids for over a year now. I am amazed at how wonderful this company conducts their business. There employees show up every month without having to be called, are usually right on time and the ladies that show up to clean my house are always profession, polite, cheerful and friendly. They clean my place immaculately and are in and out in less than 2 hours. Since I am retired and home most of the times they come, they always talk to me while they clean and ask me if I needed any special attention on any areas. When they leave my house is clean and has a nice fresh smell in the air. These ladies do an exceptional job cleaning my house and I appreciate the cleaning efforts they provide for me on a monthly basis. I have had "NO Complaints" for them to date.
They are exceptional employees to the Molly Maids staff. Thanks for all the hard work!!!

Edit: Adding an additional shout for my amazing team at Molly Maid! Alice and Jessica (Rte 14) are literally angels! They do such a professional job with my home and really spend their time connecting with their clients and having their cleaning needs met. For reference I have 1800 sqft of home with two full baths, fur bedrooms, and of course a kitchen, living, and dining room. They are amazing with the multiple surfaces in my home (tile, laminate, and area rugs) and they insure every centimeter is sparkling clean every time. Thank you Molly Maid for setting me up with this all-star team for such an affordable price - it's really appreciated! Thank you ladies <3

I had the lovely Alice and Luna for my first service today and WOW was it a great experience! These two ladies have an amazing system down for getting all of the touch points taken care of and leaving the house looking, feeling, and smelling new. They were such a pleasure to talk to and I could tell after walking through the house just how much attention to detail they had. They were so respectful of our kitties who were very curious as to what they were doing. For reference we have about 2,000 square feet of house and they were on time and were fully done 2.5 hours!! I would totally recommend Molly Maid and hope to have Alice and Luna during our regular monthly services moving forward - thank you both so much!

Absolutely horrendous experience—avoid at all costs! If I could give zero stars, I would. Molly Maids Orange Park provided the most unprofessional and ineffective cleaning service I have ever experienced.

I hired them expecting a proper deep clean, but they barely did more than a quick vacuum and mop (swifter mop). Dust and dirt were completely left untouched; they didn’t bother to wipe down basic surfaces, let alone do any detailed scrubbing.

When I raised concerns, I was met with nothing but condensation and rudeness. The cleaners argued back when I expressed my dissatisfaction, regardless of me running my finger on surfaces and showing the grime that was picked up.

Molly Maids is untrustworthy and frankly, I don’t feel comfortable nor safe letting these people into my home again. Their behavior was unprofessional and I wouldn’t trust them to clean anyone’s home. Even when they finally agreed they could have done a better job no discount or mediation was offered other than trying again the next day. A cleaning should be properly performed on the first try, not the second or third.

This is not a cleaning service—it’s a scam. Save your money, hire another company, or clean yourself before hiring Molly Maids. 0/5 stars.

They have done an excellent job of keeping this bachelor's messy house much more manageable. I have been very happy with them. Shannon, Astrid and Tegan have done the most recent job and it is excellent. I would recommend this company and these cleaners to anyone. Joe.

Becky from Molly Maids has been cleaning our home for well over two years. Not one issue! They are super detailed and really care about our home. They work in teams of two with at least one person who has cleaned our home prior. I'll never use anyone else. Special shout out to Amber who is just starting by awesome already!

Wow…Kama and Harley were exceptional in cleaning my house today. They applied attention to detail toward ensuring my showers, toilets, kitchen appliances and floors are spotless with sparkling shine and free of dirty buildup. Resulting in fresh appearance and clean scent throughout the house. They present themselves with respectful professionalism toward treating my home as if it were their own. This is not all inclusive of their remarkable output. Job well done! Molly Maid has definitely employed a couple of superstars with these two employees. I believe they will surely add value toward company’s future success to compete with similar business competitors.

Currently, Becky and Amber have been our team, and we thankful for the care, attention to detail, friendliness they show each time they come to clean.
