This was my first cleaning. I’m very pleased so far. They vacuumed my pantry and even cleaned my laundry room. So far so good. I highly recommend this company.

We have been using the cleaning authority for years and are so very happy with them! If there is ever a problem, they fix it right away no questions asked. I’ve only had one minor issue come up in the years I’ve used them and am satisfied with the outcome. My house always looks and smells so fresh and clean! I love it when it’s their day to come!!

The team was very professional. They expertly cleaned my 2 bedroom apartment. Wiping down counters, small appliances, fronts and tops of ovens, refrigerators, and dishwashers. They also cleaned the inside of microwave. Both bathrooms and bedrooms, and the living room were scrubbed, dusted, and mopped/vacuumed. They were fast and efficient. I enjoy having them come.

It was a pleasure to walk in the door to a nice smelling clean home. This was a first clean and the only downside was I was texted an hour into the clean asking for more time and money. The first clean is rather expensive and to be asked for additional money on top of it was a little disappointing. However, they did a good job.

I have been using The Cleaning Authority for almost a year. They have done deep cleanings, holiday cleaning and weekly cleanings. I absolutely love their services. What would normally take me all weekend to do, gets done in a few hours. After a long day and night at work, it is sooo nice to come home to a clean organized space. Their prices are reasonable for the space. It is an investment to my well being. Not to mention the cost savings from not having to buy cleaning supplies. I especially like the little touches they add or sometimes rearrange for me. Not having to worry 😌 about cleaning is a game changer for me and my nails lol.

I can’t express how amazing this cleaning company is! Over the last couple of years I’ve hired a couple companies, both Corp and independent and haven’t had the best of luck UNTIL the cleaning authority. They ladies arrived as scheduled and were professional and friendly. Once the work was complete an inspector came out and checked to make sure it was up to standard - which it was! Using this company bi-weekly and am already excited about my next clean. House looks amazing!

They’re still in the middle of cleaning my home now. To put some background information to this review, I rarely write reviews first off. My home that needed to be cleaned hasn’t been occupied in almost a year and half. Certain parts were in some serious need for TLC. Nonetheless, while checking on the team who was sent to clean the home, I was rudely questioned on the status of certain parts of the home. My response to this person who asked was that my husband died two years ago and we have not been in the home or able to get to it I’m sorry.
In my opinion, if you’re hired to do a job and someone is paying for you to do that job, that doesn’t entitle you to question or need the reasons behind needing to get the job done. Especially if you don’t know that person personally or what they are going through.
Any who, my house looks and smells great so far. They are very timely. But when it comes to having tact or empathy, I wouldn’t give them 5 stars.

Unlike prior cleaning appointments, the cleaning date was not confirmed. The trash was not emptied, vacuuming of carpets not uniformly done and house did not look or smell as clean as usual. Doesn't justify the 12.6% price increase in the last year. This survey request was sent to " Mr. __". Guess addressing by my name not important. Will consider other options for a cleaning service

Hello. I am very happy with my crew today...as usual.
But I heard a third voice today. I think she may have been a manager. I did not eavesdrop, but I heard one comment worth noting. She was telling the crew about the importance of labeling their spray bottles. I find this incredibly comforting. It is a very small-sounding thing, but I know that it really means your company insists on EVERYTHING being right and properly done. You just never know when someone will hear a great thing. It tells me so much about your service.

Beautiful job! I use the service every month and am always please with the quality of work. I leave my favorite furniture polish and stain steel cleaners out for use.

We have been using The Cleaning Authority of Orange Park for a year or two now. They do a super job and are a great financial value when compared to other local home cleaning businesses. While I don’t usually write reviews, I feel compelled to do so today. My daughter just turned 10 and had received a $50 gift card for Amazon. I had it on my nightstand but misplaced it. I was turning everything inside out trying to find it but to no avail. I had counted it for lost. After the cleaning crew (Team 13!) left, I entered my bedroom to find the missing gift card on top of my nightstand. It must’ve fallen underneath and they found it while cleaning. I was so touched. They didn’t have to return it. A gift card is as good as cash. They could have walked out here 50 bucks richer and I would be none the wiser. Honesty and doing what’s right seem to be rare qualities these days. I am so grateful, especially when it would have been so easy to just take the money. Thank you Mr. Josh and Ms. Marianne! I highly recommend this company for their service, value, and the integrity of their employees!

Today I had one of the best experiences ever with The Cleaning Authority. They arrived at 3 and I had to tell them that I needed to be on my way to the vet because of a last minute problem with my dog. I told them I would understand if they could not get everything done. The ladies got to work- I have never seen anything like it. They did the whole job and it was one of the best cleanings I have ever had. Thank you Cleaning Authority. You made my day!

We contacted this service to assist my parents with housecleaning! The response time from initial call to the first visit for an estimate was speedy. A quick add to their schedule and we went from inquiry to a dust-free home in 8 days! This, in and of itself, rates high marks in my book! Isabella is an excellent communicator, and Denise was kind and pleasant during her appointment. She explained their cleaning process thoroughly which was a layer of professionalism we appreciate. I felt comfortable and assured that this cleaning service Is a good fit for my parents. Mom raved about the excellent job and That says A LOT! Kudos to first impressions!

I had a different team today, 3 girls came and did a great job. I don’t usually watch them or anything, but a friend was over and she commented that they picked up everything and dusted under each item as well as the item itself. I did notice they cleaned the sliding glass doors which isn’t always done. They look beautiful and the appliances had nary a smudge, they sparkled and shined. Beautiful work!

It's my first time using this service and they did a phenomenal job cleaning. I'll continue using them and even though they ran out of time for my initial cleaning, 30 extra minutes, at cost of course, allowed them to finish things up. They may not have finished everything but its a large home. They did things I didn't even think of, handled a special area by request, and had my house smelling SOOOO GOOD! I forgot I had 2 dogs for a second 😅.

The ladies that came today were fantastic. They came in and started working immediately. My husband and I are both disabled and have a hard time cleaning. This was a little pricey for the first visit but it was worth it. We will be using them again on a regular basis.
