Originally, I received a price quote over the phone and then an in person confirmation of quote. I was informed they rotated deep cleaning, base boards, bathroom etc. every time they clean. The ladies who came to clean were very nice and did a great job. My only issue is how the company handles a job when it takes longer. Half way through the job the company called me and said it was taking longer than expected and they would need an extra 45min since they were doing the bathroom deep clean this week. Then I was informed it would be an extra $65 to finish the house. Since I have a party this weekend and they had just started on the main living area, I felt I was stuck with no option but to agree to the price increase for the job they had already told me they would do. I would feel more confident with a company who stands by their word and finishes the job they said they would do, for the price they say they will do it. Financial changes should be saved for future appointments instead of asking for a price increase half way through a job.
Again, the ladies cleaning were very thorough. Just not happy with the business part of the company.

Hired for a deep clean and a long overdue oven cleaning. They were great and paid high attention to details. They protected my floor while cleaning the oven which I appreciate because cleaning grease out of grout would be a nightmare. In general they did a great job with my floors. Even though I have a dog, no dog hair was left hiding in crevices or up against the baseboards. The initial deep clean with the oven wasn't cheap but they made it a good value by how well they did the job.

We found Clean Tidy on Facebook and when we contacted them they were quick to respond and set up an appointment right away. Jason came on the day scheduled, on time and gave us a written estimate of work to be done by that evening.
We accepted their offer and scheduled the work to be done. He and Jonathan showed up on time with all equipment needed, completed all the work as described, and cleaned up everything afterward. The communication and service was excellent, professional, and friendly, we couldn't have been happier with the work preformed. Jason also recommended another company do some work outside his scope and that company was as good as Clean Tidy. I highly recommend this company for any of your needs. Jason and Jonathan were awesome to work with!

He arrived early and got my furniture loaded in no time and was super nice and professional. Highly recommend Clean Tidy Places and will use them again for other projects.

They do a great job! The owner wants to make sure you are happy and she works directly with her employees on your house. If she is unable to be there, she will check to make sure you are satisfied.

Amazing company. I am a general contractor and have worked with many service providers over the years, but Clean Tidy Place truly stands out. Tanisha and Jason’s attention to detail and level of customer service are excellent. I have used them for job site junk removal and post-construction cleaning, and the results have been consistently solid. I plan to continue using them on future projects and would confidently recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service and quality results.

For over a month, I had a move scheduled for today at 10:30 AM. By 11:30 AM, no one had shown up. When I called the owner, she informed me she believes the contractors may have quit.

No one reached out to notify me of any issues or potential delays. A simple call or message saying, “Hey, there’s an unfortunate situation and the movers may not make it today, here’s a contact number to confirm,” would have made a huge difference.

Instead, I was left standing outside my home with my family, who had taken time to help, scrambling to find last-minute movers with zero communication from the company.

This was incredibly stressful. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this business.
