Keeping my home spotless while I was busy with work, the housekeeping service did a professional job, though a few areas were missed on the first visit. It’s great for regular home maintenance.

Cannot recommend them. 1) Turnover of cleaning staff is very frequent. 2) The cleaning ladies never speak English so you can’t communicate with them or leave them a note. 3)not cheap 4) very inconsistent with clean quality.

I Have been using the cleaning authority for about 18 months now I think… I have never had a single issue with theft or breakage… In spite of the fact that members of my cleaning crew have changed overtime. Furthermore, regardless of which members of the team are present, all the housekeepers seem to know what is important to me. Very well managed.

Having used the company in the past for several years, I knew I could count on them to do a great job. I had them do the whole house which includes
baseboards, dusting everything, especially the high places, window sills, and, of course, the standard cleaning.
The staff was very nice and attentive to my needs. In sum, I would recommend them to others.

They exceeded my expectations every single cleaning! I usually don’t like to have cleaners because I’m very particular about how I like things done but they always do such an amazing job. The cleaners are also so kind to my family and I. We Look forward to seeing them every time!

First time using any cleaning service. Life just got too busy to do basic cleaning right now with having 5 senior parents, a husband that just had surgery and a full time job. I asked if they could help me just keep my kitchen clean and the guest bathroom and they accommodated that request and a reasonable cost. Came home today after a 14 work day to be very surprised to a clean kitchen without the smell of household cleaners. I love it!!! Very satisfied

I’m a new customer, so my first 2 appointments have been very good. Scheduling was easy and the timing worked great because I was having a get together. Plus.. the house looked great for company so I didn’t need to worry about those details! The team are friendly and listen to any concerns or requests. At the same time, They also get right on task and they seem to work really well together. I feel like they can focus and really get the house ship shape where as, on some days, I’d have to chip away at it. They have a cleaning rotation schedule which should work fine for my household and I’m happy satisfied that they do everything that they set out. Thanks!

Very friendly and fast. We've had different teams throughout the year but everyone has been great. They also work well with you if you have to reschedule and are flexible with specific cleaning needs. Excellent service and communication.

Just had our first cleaning and everything was great. They even cleaned the sides of our daughter’s high chair which is often forgotten by us, so thank you so much! All the little details add up. So happy to have found yall. :)

I’ve had The Cleaning authority for a couple years now. They’ve been great! They do a very nice job. The team is great as well. Only a couple times I had a few minor things, but it is always addressed promptly. Today they were running behind and knew I had an appointment. They sent an extra team member to help finish the job quickly which I really appreciated. Thanks, Cleaning authority!

I have been using CA for about 2 months and only excellent efficient cleaning has been provided. They are on time and do what they say they will do always.
