I just recently started using Molly Maid, but I’m very happy with the service I’ve received. I have never used a cleaning service before, so I was a little nervous, but the 2 people who came out to do my estimate put me right at ease (Carlton and the sweetest young lady, who I unfortunately forgot her name…So sorry!). Then my first service with Eve and Zaira was excellent. They could not have been sweeter and did such a great job! It is an awesome feeling to have my home clean and taken care of, taking one thing off my plate.

Blue and Angela (Compton) cleaned our apartment and they were great!! The ladies were really nice and our place has never looked better. Great cleaning for a reasonable price, definitely recommend them!

Booked Molly Maid services for a move-out clean, and they delivered! My apartment looks the same as when I moved in, and it was brand new! The entire process was easy, and they kept in contact to keep me updated. I also appreciated that they were able to be booked with a 2-day notice. Highly recommend!

I got an emergency call at 7 am this morning from my boss with an issue at work and need to get to Orlando immediately. I call Molly Maids to advise I will not be at home and got called away. Lady on the phone proceeds to tell me my normal time was changed to later in the day which I want even aware of. I tell her we need to reschedule she proceeds to question me about my business and being out of town and says it will be $50 to reschedule. I told her to forget it and just cancel my service. She said she will have a supervisor call me to discuss the $50 feet. It’s crazy to me that $59 is worth more than keeping a customer who pays $170 every other week. Terrible customer service rude behavior and business etiquette. Be aware of who you are dealing with if you chose Molly Maid.

Blue and Compton did an amazing job on my house. They are extremely friendly and thorough and I am so happy with the work that they did. I would highly recommend these lovely ladies to clean your home 😊

Shannon, Astrid, Jessica, Abigail, Beverly, and Diman did a tremendously thorough and efficient job preparing our building for the religious holidays. The care and attention to detail they showed while cleaning our Chapel and Sanctuary were incredible. The entire staff—and the owner, Carlton—were friendly and professional. Highly recommend the Orange Park staff. I called on a Thursday due to the fact my tenant moved out and left the place a hot mess. I was able to get on the calendar for the following Tuesday and the staff showed up right on time in the morning. They even called me to let me know they would be arriving within 15 minutes, which they did promptly. They didn't complain about the condition of the property, they did an amazing job and I would absolutely use them again!

I just had my house cleaned by Tiffany and Charlie. They did a fantastic job!! Windows, under the bed, floors, stove, bathroom, dressers, counters, etc.; all were cleaned above expectations! I don’t normally give reviews, but these two impressed me. Well done!!

We provided our square footage upfront to receive a quote before booking and were told the cost would be between $250–$390, which is already a significant range—especially since pricing was based on square footage, not the condition or cleanliness of the home. On the day of service, we received a call around noon saying they were on the way. Then at 4 PM, we were told they had reached the “maximum price,” yet the kitchen and living room had not been cleaned, which make up the entirety of our downstairs in our townhouse.

The main reason we hired this company was to have our kitchen cleaned, and after already being there for four hours, we were told it would cost an additional $130 (bringing the total to $520) just to finish the house. This was extremely frustrating, especially since our square footage was provided in advance.

When I got home, I was not satisfied with the quality of the work completed. We were hoping to continue a long-term relationship with this company, but due to the unexpected upcharges, incomplete service, and lack of transparency, we will not be hiring them again.

I hired Molly maids to perform a move out clean on a rental home that had sat for a good minute. They were super responsive and helpful booking a clean. They missed a few small things, and when I left them a voicemail about it, they contacted me immediately (even though it was pretty late at night), were super accountable, and came back over the next day to fix it. They did an amazing job, and the house looks spectacular now. They even helped fix a leak In the shower, going above and beyond in service.
Mistakes happen -we are all human- but the way that they handled the situation showed integrity, accountability, and how they value great customer service. Because of this, I changed my mind from a one-time clean, and now want to hire them for routine cleans in my home! :)

The lady I spoke to was nice but the information that I needed was missing and honestly over $500 for a clean that wasn't clean. They said they left items in the drawers but didn't clean the drawer, didn't clean under the sink or in the tub cause there was still hair from the previous renter. The cleaners seemed nice but I still had to clean after they left. I don't even think they mopped the kitchen floor.

The work was done under my employer's name.

I had just gone through a divorce. He moved out. He was filthy and a hoarder. Three Molly Maid Goddesses stepped into my house with no judgment and understood the assignment. They cleaned every single inch of my house. They understood that I was a woman In desperate need of a fresh start. Not only did they give me a fresh start, but as they left they each gave me loving support on the new life that I was about to embark on. It was a little pricey, but at the end of the day… they gave me myself back. For that I will be forever grateful.

Molly Maid of Greater Jacksonville and Clay County has been absolutely wonderful to work with. They always arrive exactly when they say they will, which I truly appreciate. The year-at-a-glance cleaning calendar they provided is incredibly helpful and makes planning effortless.

Their staff is consistently friendly, professional, and a pleasure to interact with. The cleaning teams are quick, efficient, and do an excellent job every visit. Fantastic service! The crew was so nice! This was our initial deep cleaning, and they were very Thorough and also did some nice touches to enhance the experience. My kids loved having the beds made! Smelled so clean, and our tile shower has never looked this good even since we bought the house! So excited for our monthly cleanings!

I love the service but I wish the time could be nailed down better. Don’t know what time to expect cleaners until the morning of. Then the time window continues to change as the day progresses. I’ve been getting cleanings every 2 weeks since forever but I feel like I’m being ‘fitted in’ sometimes. In these days of being careful and not going anywhere anyway maybe I’m just looking for something to b*tch about!

Highly recommended—they do a great job!

Have been using their service for about two years. Love coming home to a house that smells great and everything sparkles, from the floors at the back door to the bathroom shower floor. Have found them to be reliable, honest, and hard working. Highly recommend.

This was the perfect clean. House was clean, but the house didn’t smell strongly of cleaning agents like it has in the past. Also, there were 3 dirty dishes in sink/counter. It made a HUGE difference to me that these items were clean. Thank you! Also - you crew consistently cleans my glass stove top & removes the bits of stain. Not sure what you use to clean the glass stove top, but it’s always a better clean than I can achieve- thank you!
