I’ve had them out twice to fix different issues with my Air Handler. Both times they were able to fit us in same day and were willing to stay late to make sure the work was completed and our system was functioning. I’d highly recommend them for HVAC service in Orange Park because they back their service up with better prices than the big companies and a high degree of transparency

Our AC unit went out upstairs and Von’s was able to send a repairman out the next morning. Jonathan was exceptional - professional, courteous and went the extra mile to make sure both our units were in good condition before leaving. I signed up for the membership plan because of his diligent customer service.

Tyler my technician evaluated and fixed the issue in about ten minutes. He also identified an additional potential problem and fixed that also. You can bet that when it comes time to replace my unit Von’s will have my business. I give them and Tyler a 10 plus star review.

Had our regular service today and as usual, it was great. The service tech was very detailed and efficient with extra care to make sure the drain line and reservoir were free of blockages, which we really appreciate. Just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Tyler and the team at VON—you’ve officially earned a loyal customer for life.

I initially had a visit from Florida Home AC, who quoted me $11,000 (down from a “discounted” $18K) for what they claimed was a serious A/C issue. Thankfully, I trusted my gut and got a second opinion from Tyler.

He quickly diagnosed the real issue—a simple drainage backup, which he fixed. He also assured me my unit is in great shape with years of life left in it. No pressure, no upsell—just honest, knowledgeable service.

The contrast between the two experiences was night and day. Florida Home AC tried to rob me. Tyler and VON earned my trust and although not a new unit now it will be in thw future and with matienance going fwd.

From here on out, I’m working exclusively with VON. Highly recommend them if you value integrity, transparency, and real expertise.

I can’t say how happy Iam. We have been living with window ac units and a fire place for close to 10 years. Vons came out told me the issues with my old unit and in less than 24 hrs I had a new unit installed and running beautifully. Darrick was very professional and walked me through the process. Ernie Rose was excellent. He showed up on time, was fast, professional and personable. I will recommend Vons to anyone. Great service from start to finish!!!!

Working out issue with the new upgrade on the main house unit UV light and oxidizer. Family members our sensitive to the Ozone smell and Vons came right out to adjust and address any concerns. Thanks again can’t wait for the new filter system. Should be the final piece!

I want to say the employees I encountered at Von's Heating and Air are Heaven sent! Roland (Row) came out at a timely manner and detected the problem in no time. He was friendly, and told me he love working for Von's because they are honest people, who treat their employees and customers with great care and respect.That alone had sold me. I love genuine and honest people specially when I'm dealing with business. Joshua was amazing to work with! Joshua helped me with getting financed and went over a options that was available to me. Chris was the installer of my new unit. I didn't get the opportunity to meet Chris, but I'm sure he is just as wonderful as the rest. Chris came on time ,installed my unit and by the time I made it from work, his job was completed and my house was already cooling down from the scorching heat 🥵 No one tried to fast talk me. They where all honest about everything and my options. No one tried to force me into anything. I made my own decision and they all play a big part in making my home comfortable to be in again. Got my semi-annual tune up on Sep 8. Service was fantastic, and was probably the best I've had since I had my system installed with them. They were honest and didn't try to up sell me on something that I didn't need. This is what I expect from this sort of service. Highly recommend.

Best air conditioner service I have received in years. Tech was professional and new his systems. Troubleshot my A/C issues and resolved heat pump issue and had system up and running within an hour. Highly recommend and will use them in the future

Called for a stopped up condensate line. My call was answered quickly and had a technician (Tyler) on the way. Tyler arrived within the hour and was able to clear up the line. He also made some checks while he was here. I'll definitely have Von's Heating and Air back for preventive maintenance.

Tech Eric that came today Sunday was amazing I’ll see tomorrow’s install of new unit how it goes . I’m hoping I’m not disappointed. And I was not , Tyler and joe did install new unit came with defective part they did their troubleshoot and replaced the part . Unit is working excellent. Tech Terry who is also good at what he does, came today to tweak a few things.

I cannot say enough positive things about this company. Derek Barr was one of the nicest people I’ve ever met, never tried to just sell me anything, only wanted to be there to make me comfortable. This was a completely new experience for me and they were exceedingly helpful in just being patient with me and providing information. It helped through a really tough time, with no ac during a heat wave, and they cared about getting my house cooling again asap. Ernie and Brandon came out to my place and got my new ac system up and running in a short few hours. Highly recommend for anyone needing services in the area I’ll never go to another company for any needs.

WOW!!!!! Above and beyond service from first contact, which was at 9:30 pm. My A/C went out with temperatures at 90* .
Tyler inspected my 15 year old system and found the fan motor had gone bad. Being a retiree on fixed income I'm not able to replace the entire system, which should be done. Tyler was more than accommodating by willingly providing a quote to replace the fan motor, inspect the remainder system and include a future inspection for a very reasonable price. Tyler performed the replacement and inspection in record time, getting the system cooling again. My highest recommendation for Von's heating and air, especially the service tech Tyler. I cannot thank you all enough!
