Tyler showed up early which was awesome. Found out we needed a part replaced on our AC unit and Tyler rushed to the dealer to get the part before they closed so we would not be without heat over the weekend. Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Would recommend the company if you are in need.

Tyler came out today to perform periodic checkup/maintenance services. Not only did he wrap that work up in exemplary fashion but he educated me on things that we might be doing to minimize the chance of requiring emergency service. This is why we depend on Von’s to keep things cool when it’s hot and warm when it’s chilly. Never a bad experience! Thank you Tyler and thank you Von’s!

Chris did a nice job fixing my heat/AC during this crazy cold weather. Then Eric came back the next day & replaced all of the coils inside & out - a major repair covered by the warranty! I practically have a new system. Both men are consummate professionals who did a great job. I highly recommend Von for your A/C-Heating needs.

Another company recommended UV system for my home A/C due a very small fungus on the inside lane of my A/C housing. Von A/C noted my home A/C system is in very good condition and did not recommend U/V Sytems for my home A/C due to the condition of the interior of my A/C Sytems , A/C ducts and a cost benefit analysis would not support a UV Sytems for my home A/C at this time. The technician and company as a whole are very knowledgeable. They don’t sell products/services that are not beneficial to customers.

Did not try to gouge me like lickety split.
Bid was over $8000, not a typo, $8k less for better work than lickety split.
I would suggest this company for you A/C needs.

The two guys installed by A/C was very professional and so nice answered all my questions. Was such nice guys. Von's has always been there great service. Would highly recommend them.

Jonathan showed up and immediately got started in the service of both systems. Informative and helpful. Will be continuing with their service without a doubt. Paid for the renewal and decided to replace both systems. They are up and running smoothly. I would absolutely recommend Von’s for anyone that wants to be taken care of.

The entire process of getting a new AC is stressful. Lot of misinformation and price gouging going on. Not with Vons. These guys are honest and fair with competitive pricing and exceptional service. Their team came out to install my new system and did a bang up job and were highly professional. I've used Vons in the past and after this experience they have a lifelong customer. If you are doing what I did and gathering quotes for new work, include them in the mix.

Darren is such a great guy. We had to use him thru our home warranty from purchase and he took care of us better than the warranty did. He purchased the parts we needed to get us up and running before the ordered parts came in from warranty. Highly recommend him ;)

Highly recommend. Not only knowledgeable about HVAC systems and repairs, but also know what customer service and punctuality mean. They were scheduled to arrive between 3-5pm and called to say they would arrive at 3:30pm and did. The problem with the AC was quickly diagnosed as a clogged drain pipe. There was no clean-out access, so the pipe had to be cut. But before putting high-pressure air through the pipe, they made efforts to prevent blow-back onto the house where the pipe exited outside - that was important to them. Once the pipe was unclogged with the air blow, they wanted to get their hose to wash off the house and would have if I hadn't had a hose ready. At no extra charge they did a tweak on that exit end of the pipe for a better flow and when replacing the inside part of the pipe they added a clean-out access. They also shared lots of tips about how a homeowner can maintain a system and added that they are always willing to walk a homeowner over the phone through simple procedures. They were professional, organized, and friendly not once complaining about the 91 degrees inside the house nor working within the confines of a small closet where the air handler was located. Definitely recommend SensTemp.

Senstemp was awesome. They responded quickly to schedule the service call, kept exactly to the window they said and even let me know when they were on the way to know exactly when to expect them in the window. The technician diagnosed the problem with expert quickness, had the necessary part on hand, and completed the repair quickly.

I called and left a message regarding a Samsung Split A/C unit not cooling. My call was returned promptly and they just happened to be around the corner from my house. They arrived within minutes and quickly trouble shot my system. They serviced the Freon and the unit was cooling once again. Very professional, friendly, courteous and reasonable. I was very fortunate that they happened to be in my neighborhood. I will call them the next time I have A/C Issues.
