We have trusted Von’s for five years now. Tyler can out yesterday for our semiannual system check (a service that is well worth the modest price). He represented Von’s with the highest level of professionalism, knowledgeability, and friendliness. Von’s - Tyler is an all-star and real asset to your team. He is welcome back again any time. My air handler kept icing up. My daughter’s home from college and I needed a working air conditioner because it’s about to get really hot. Called Vons Air, the lady who answered the phone was very nice and knowledgeable and made me appointment for that day. Tyler was here at the time they said he would be and text me before he arrives to let me know he was on his way. Tyler was very honest and professional. Explained everything he was doing and invited me to watch as he worked. I have an air conditioner from 2003 and Tyler was able to give it hopefully a few more years of life!
Also, some of the other companies around don’t work on air conditioners that old. So if you have an older air conditioner and you’re looking to keep it alive, I would go with Vons.

Von's came out to my house to fix my AC and I could not have been happier David did everything he could to fix my ac. It was past being fixed.
Brendon and Ernest came out to install a new AC and they got it done fast and did a great job! Would definitely recommend!

Austin and Greg installed my new HVAC unit. Very professional, clean up the area, tested and rechecked the system. Made adjustments as needed for the new unit. I would highly recommend.

Thank goodness for Von’s! They answered the phone after hours and got me on the schedule (same night). The response time was quick and when Row arrived he was professional and polite. We needed a part to be ordered but Row was still able to get my unit turned on and cooling before he left. Very thankful for this companies quick service and fast response.

Jonathan was my service tech today. He was excellent. He was kind, helpful and friendly. He went out of his was to help me out. He arrived early which was great! He was honest about what he found and got my ac working again. I will definitely use Vons heating and Air again.

Fantastic company 5 stars. Very personable. Not out to take your money. Honest and down to earth. I am a mechanic and always tell my wife to ask for the old parts and before I could he offered the parts. He is welcome for Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, whenever!

Shout out to Von's for the job they did installing my new A/C. Chris was the installer and had job completed in four and half hours. Would use them again. Out with old, in with the new. Wife is happy. Today July 21 2023 Bob made a repair visit, I am very happy with the repair service. He was able to get us up and running again. Cool wife, easy life. Oct 1, 2024 Our fan motor went bad and was covered in the warranty, great service, fast friendly

Needed same day A/C service. Tech gave us a 2 hour window which is very reasonable. Communicated when he was 20 min out. Knowledgeable, friendly, professional. Roland was our tech, very satisfied. Wasn't a complex fix, but he did a great job. I recommend the Family Plan, saved us a lot.
We will be sleeping much more comfortably tonight.

Great service experience with a trusted company that I had received services from previously! Great communication prior to arrival and wonderful transparency during the work in and around our home. Confident salesmanship with an emphasis on value to me as the homeowner not just a customer! I would highly recommend this company and their work to anyone who needs and uses their AC in Florida. During our winter air conditioning system check Travis #1 noted that we were low on freon, which didn’t require immediate attention. After Travis’s recommendations and discussing the changes in gas and the increase in all air conditioning systems in the very near future, we decided a new Lennox system was the best choice for us. A new system was ordered and an installation date set for the following week. Travis #2 and Cody arrived to remove and install our new unit. As with most projects at our home things didn’t go as planned. Travis and Cody worked all day without a break to finish our install. With the installation complete, the initial setup had more issues for the two techs to handle. After some phone help from other techs and Tyler coming to lend a hand, they had the unit functioning so we had heat for the evening. Before departing, the old equipment and the mess from removal and installation was cleaned up. Travis #1 was tasked with coming back the next morning to finish the install and setup. He also needed to make a call to the “Lennox expert” and was able to find a setting in the menu that needed to be changed. He was finished with everything in about an hour.
There are no two jobs the same and I think it is fantastic that these technicians can count on the experience and knowledge of coworkers to be able to help complete a job.
After using Von’s for several years I would recommend them for any air conditioning needs.

I have family from out of town and the AC went out. We called Vons and they were out within hours where most could not come until Tuesday! The weather was scheduled to be over 100 with the heat index. They were easy to contact, advised where they were at on the map, gave you a picture of the tech as well. Tyler arrived and provided great customer service, educated you on what was happening, what was needed and made future recommendations. He was patient and answered any questions. Highly recommend this locally owned business! Thank you Tyler for solving the problem and giving us cool air.

Awesome experience with Vons. The salesman was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and delivered on all commitments. The installers for my new HVAC arrived on time, were professional, and efficient. Upon completion, they explained the new functionality and answered all of my questions. Highly recommend Vons.

Eric came in, very laid back, totally up front. Did the maintenance on my unit and told me what I need to do to keep up with going forward. That’s huge when you’re a widow and honestly have no clue, lol. Was great about explaining an upgrade I need to take care of to keep it working its best. No hard sell, no bs….. he was great.

Ac went out during the hottest days of the year. Ended up calling in to get someone out. The lady in reception was super nice. Tyler came out to the house before the 1pm appointment time and was able to diagnose the issue almost immediately. When asked any questions he was able to give answers. Whole visit lasted less than 30 minutes. It was painless and I didn’t feel like I was taken advantage of. Would absolutely recommend this company to anyone having hvac related issues. Service technician Tyler came out and did an excellent job, doing exactly what I asked him to do and being very thorough and explaining everything. Also the company sent me the tracking map so I could see exactly when he was going to arrive. Five stars

My A/C broke on Christmas Day. I called expecting to leave a message and someone answered and the day after Christmas someone is out looking at my AC. After diagnosing what was wrong I decided to get a new unit inside and out, and I was given a great price for both units
It was installed professionally on time and it is working great. Everyone from the beginning was professional polite, and knew exactly what they were doing. I highly recommend them.

Exceptional service. The tech, Jonathan, was incredibly thorough, reviewing photos after the maintenance session and explaining to me the service he performed. He then went over the additional work that would be required to fix any identified issues. Great communication and great work!
