Would give a 6/5 if I could! Ed is absolutely amazing and has an incredible work ethic. He diagnosed both our washer and fridge, and even though we haven’t decided if we’re going to repair the washer yet, he handled the fridge repair flawlessly. Throughout the entire process, he was:
- Completely transparent about the diagnosis and costs
- Fast and efficient with his work
- Excellent with communication from start to finish

Edward saved the day. Fridge and freezer conked out and were leaking. He went out of his way to add us as his final stop. Within an hour we were all good. Saved us so much money and having to throw away a lot of food. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Edward diagnosed the problem and repaired it in a short amount of time. He is very pleasant and empathetic towards my refrigerator issues. Highly recommend this company and the Tech Edward.

Edward was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was very available (same day or next day service), and he fixed my problem in about 20 minutes. The only reason for the 4 stars is that he is quite pricey. Usually, I feel like the service call gets wound up into the labor if you agree to proceed with the service, but be aware he does charge service call and labor separately. So it was $85 service call and $125 labor (for a repair that took 20 minutes), and the broken part was only $65 (see attached bill). This may be the way everyone is, but I will probably ask around first in the future. But he definitely took care the problem and got me cooking on my stove again!

Had my dryer fixed today after the heating element went out. Edward was very punctual, reliable and informative! They were in and out within an hour made the process very easy. Highly recommend them to anyone in need of appliance repair

He is so good. He is great with communication. One of things that I do adore about him, he likes to teach. He is a great teacher. He did his best with the washer, but unfortunately it end up not working. I put the blame on the washer. I had to purchase another washer, which it worked out great. He is a great handy man and I recommend him

They were the only guys that were willing to come the same day that I called. They even provided a temporary fix until the parts came in. They saved my breastmilk supply that I’ve accumulated for over a month from spoiling in the freezer. 10/10 would recommend

Edward helped us once again! This time he repaired our “beer fridge” in the garage & replaced the water filter in our kitchen fridge. Saved us having to replace the “beer fridge “. We’ve utilized Edward’s company for a dishwasher & a washer in the past. He’s honest & trustworthy. He won’t sell you a bad appliance.

Called Discount appliance service on Christmas day left a message and Edward called me within 30 minutes back and came in next day to fix our laundry machine. He did a superb job very grateful for him.

Fantastic experience with Edward from Discount Appliance Repair. Called in the morning and he came out by that afternoon and was able to diagnose and fix our washer within a half hour or so!
