I needed repair on my LG range. My call to Edward was answered promptly and he soon texted me back to let me know that he could have the LG genuine replacement part in a few days. Service was quick and friendly. I’ll definitely call again if we have any other appliance repair needs.

Edward responded immediately and fit me in the afternoon I called. He was very professional and helped me understand our options when we were having difficulties with our brand new machine that had very expensive repairs. My washing machine broke and Edward made the time to come the very next day after I reached out to him. Things i didn’t know about the machine spent a good hour and a half here making sure everything worked perfectly. I highly recommend Edward to anyone that needs any type of appliance repair. I’m gonna have Edward come back and look at my freezer door at my other home next week. If you have an appliance that needs repair, I highly recommend Edward very professional and polite. And he cleans up after himself that’s a biggie.

Totally Awesome people and SUPER Nice, very Patient nd understanding I need a new washing machine part nd Mr. David helped me find what I needed and walked me through the right Direction. Edward was great. From the first day of my call straight to the day that he came to service my washer he was extremely professional. He was honest and straight forward about the prices on the service and labor for fixing the washer.

Edward was great! He came the same day we called. He was very informative, answered any questions we had. He was quick and did what he needed too. What I really like about Ed is he is very thorough and very honest. He has serviced two of our appliances in different occasions. He managed to fix our refrigerator last time and this time it was best to buy a new washer. I would highly recommend him. He’s knowledgeable, honest and prices are reasonable. Edward was great to work with! He installed our new induction cooktop (we were switching from gas) and our new microwave, and everything went smoothly. He was easy to schedule, super professional, and very clean. He took away our old appliances and left everything spotless. He even helped us find an electrician to take care of the breaker and electrical work, which was a huge help. Highly recommend!
