Just excellent service from initial contact about pricing and scheduling for my shaking whirlpool washing machine through the actual repair work done. Pricing and procedures were clearly communicated as was the ETA status. Brian was on time, courteous, and both explained and showed me the problem with my washing machine. He also talked me through options. Unhurried, he even took the time to troubleshoot a minor fix with my stove. Have already made a recommendation to my neighbors!

I had a brand new dryer that just needed a cord longer than six feet. I called multiple companies, and no one wanted to handle it. Said they don’t order parts??? Hartman was helpful and friendly from my first call, and Brian came and replaced the too short power cord with the length I needed in less than 15 minutes! He was awesome and could not have been more professional. Highly recommend and will definitely use them for future needs!

Great customer service! They were so quick to schedule an appointment after I sent them an email. Our Technician, Brian knew the problem with our dryer as soon as I explained the sound I heard and finished the job within an hour. Would highly recommend them!!

We contacted Hartman for a problem with our dryer. We had an appointment in 2 days. We were sent a text that they were on their way the day of the appt. Justin was prompt, courteous and very thorough. Even though our dryer was 17 yrs old, he was up front with us about the cost of repair. Due to the cost of repair, We decided to purchase a new one. Justin is an asset to your company and we appreciate his professionalism.

Jason was a very nice, young man - personable and professional. He diagnosed the problem with our dishhwasher with ease. And I was amazed how soon the part arrived. Jason returned, installed new part, and made sure the washer worked as expected.Very pleased with Hartman's!

Update** I originally left a 1-star review, but the company reached out and tried to make things right by refunding the diagnostic fee. Apparently, there was some confusion about the original quote. They eventually honored what was first discussed, which I appreciated.

That said, I do hope they’ll be more upfront about all the fees moving forward, as there are quite a few: a $20 service call fee, $120 diagnostic fee, and $50 fee for diagnosing a second appliance — not including any labor charges, even if the work takes only a few minutes and no parts are needed. It can add up quickly!

I was quoted one price for the first appliance and a discounted rate for the second but was charged full price for both—higher than the original quote. The technician spent less than 10 minutes on our ice maker, repeated a step we had already tried. Both appliances were still malfunctioning the next day.

Before leaving, the technician said the money I paid would go toward any future parts if repairs were needed. When I called back to finish the job, I was told they would charge me for labor again & parts would arrive within 48 hours, but it’s now been two weeks. Each time I call, I’m told the parts are still “on order” and haven’t shipped. Meanwhile, I’m left with a malfunctioning washer for a family of 5.

I paid $336 for ineffective/incomplete service. I don’t appreciate being given conflicting and misleading information. I prefer to work with a company that’s honest and transparent about pricing and service.

Reliable- my calls were immediately answered or returned, communication of arrival time was accurate every time, the bill was lower than the estimate given. I had a difficult time finding a repair service that would work on a gas dryer. My repair was complicated and required three return visits. They were courteous with each service visit. The price seemed a bit high at the estimate but I received good and fast service. You know what is said “GOOD* CHEAP* FAST. Pick any two: good and cheap won’t be fast, fast and good won’t be cheap, cheap and fast won’t be good”

Wonderful experience with Hartman’s Appliance Repair service. From the moment I reached out to them, to the repair being completed was just a little more than 24 hours. Service was performed by Brian, who knew right away what the problem was with our dishwasher and had the parts to fix it. He was cordial, knowledgeable and very professional. He made sure the problem was fixed by running a full cycle before leaving. Highly recommend Hartman’s!

Brian came to evaluate my washer. Within 10 minutes he had it diagnosed and had the parts ordered since it is an older machine. He will come back in two days to install them once they receive them. He was very professional, knowledgeable, nice and came earlier than expected. I will definitely call them back if I have any other appliance issues. This was my first time using them and I was very pleased!

Emanuel arrived early (very good) and not only fixed the front load washer but pulled it out and cleaned behined it plus showed us how to grain properly. He took his time to explain everything. I highly recommend this repair service and will not use anyone else. THEY ARE THE BEST!!!

Overall the repair scheduling was quick and process very streamlined. Ron was fantastic and and spent so much time replacing heating element in my dryer and cleaning it. Took entire dryer apart with knowledge and efficiency. Just bought a house with high end neglected dryer. Folks, have your dryer vents cleaned regularly, and most importantly have it periodically serviced. Inside of my inherited dryer which didnt look that old, there was approximately 1-2 inches of thick lint on everything. Ron said lucky dryer didn't catch fire.

I have been using Hartman's Appliance repair for over two years. They are a class act. Quick response time and good service. Ron's my guy. Big thanks to Christine as well. You are both doing an excellent job.

I cannot say enough good things! Contacted them for my dryer that was giving an error code. I got a text back quickly, and they were able to arrange something same day.

As any homeowner knows, when they looked into it the problem was more complex than originally expected... (thanks previous owners 🙄) Edward explained everything, gave me options on how to resolve it both in the short term (so we can do laundry!! 🙌🏼) and a more permanent solution, and communicated what was going on as he worked. My laundry area looked better when he left than when he got there, AND I CAN DRY MY CLOTHES 🥳

Amazingly fast reply and stellar service, as well as being super friendly. They went above and beyond for me, even visiting on their day off on New Years Day to make sure they could fix my refrigerator/freezer as fast as possible. I'd call them again in a heartbeat if I needed more repairs.
