Based on reviews and the work I needed done i chose QLAMA. Amir did diagnosis found the issue, ordered the part, set a return date to complete the repair. All very professional. He answered my questions and concerns about my washer spin cycle not working before during and after the repair. He made sure my washer was working properly before he left.

My dryer is over 10+ years old and it was not drying as continuously as it needed to so I would need to run it 3 times to dry clothes and heaven help me when the thick bed sheets needed drying. Made my appointment online, I received a quick response from Andrew, who then checked the dryer, found the issue, and ordered the part. A few days later, he returned with the needed piece to repair the dryer, and it's working perfectly. He was very punctual and professional, and the service provided was A+.

Seemed to have fixed the issue of the freezer getting warm. I will need a few days to see if there are any issues. To me the price seemed a little high for just a fan motor. Never received my e-mail receipt to show cost of part and labor. Would give a better review if I had received a receipt showing the part and labor cost breakdown. I found the part for a good price on-line. The install from what I saw him do was fairly simple.

Andrew came out on Saturday and did not charge anything extra for a weekend appointment! He diagnosed the problem very quickly and had to order the part but would be back on Monday. He came back yesterday and the refrigerator is working great again! I recommend QLAMA for any appliance repair!

I contacted Qlama Appliance Repair regarding my wine refrigerator. The first issue I encountered was that when I called their number, there was a lot of static on the line, which made communication very difficult. They scheduled a same-day appointment, giving me a window between 6:00 and 8:00 PM. At 7:53 PM, I still had not heard back, and they informed me that my technician had been switched, with a new estimated arrival time between 8:05 and 8:15 PM.
The technician eventually identified the problem as a faulty compressor start relay. He contacted his parts vendor and quoted me $320 for the part and labor. When I researched the part myself, I found prices ranging from $6.99 to $12.99. The technician explained that he does not set the price of the part, which I understand, but he does have the option to choose a different vendor.
The following morning, I called back to express my concern about the high cost of replacing a single part. The representative explained that, like any business, they are there to make money, and that would be the charge for the work.
As a customer, the entire experience felt wrong to me. The cost seemed excessive, especially since I could purchase a new refrigerator for around $250.
This is simply my perspective. I am not saying the service was bad or that anyone was rude—I just wanted to share my experience, is why i gave it 3 stars.
