My roommate and I just finished a diagnostic appointment with Andrew and he was quick, professional and did a thorough look at our washer and dryer. If you’re looking for someone who does work honestly, QLAMA is your place! He gave a detailed evaluation and let us know honestly whether we should hire him for repairs or get a replacement. He also tested our washer to make sure it worked and gave us a clear quote on how much replacement parts for our dryer would cost. Great communication about when he’d arrive and was great about keeping us informed while making good conversation. He also went above and beyond to answer our questions and even gave us recommendations on what and where to replace our dryer with! Thank you so much, Andrew! We will definitely be using QLAMA’s services again in the future!

I requested they reattach my outer casing of my Maytag washer. Instead of reattaching they started looking around inside the washer and telling what was already known. Then they determined it wasn't worth it and didn't do the requested service. All that had to be gone was to reattach the shell. I never said anything about working on anything interior. I never authorized anything interior being checked. A simple request in my opinion. Sure took my money, did "nothing". I blocked the phone number. Hands are washed.

Yes, It's true I wasn't home as I took my Mom to the hospital due to her throat closing off. Integrity.

They fixed my washer as fast as possible! There was a secondary issue that wasn't immediately obvious upon first inspection, but they offered to come back next day after the part came in to fix it.

Andrew is the best! Excellent customer skills, very knowledgeable and professional. Repaired our whirlpool dryer heating element.

Andrew was my technician today for my overhead stove hood exhaust. I received a text notification informing me that he was in route ( I love this bc I don't like waiting, I also love that this company offers 2 hr. Service windows opposed to other companiesthat have 4 to 6 hr. windows) Andrew was able to identify the problem almost immediately, and made repairs in a timely manner. He was very knowledgeable and fair on his prices. I would use QLAMA again and would recommend.

Andrew came over promptly at the appointment start time. He quickly diagnosed the issue and resolved the problem. First time using a repair person. Feels just like going to a mechanic. He does an estimate charge you a fee only if you are not getting it fix by them. You can decide later if you want to get it fixed. If you are, the fee is waived or becomes a part of the whole price of it getting fixed. (It’s not added on). Communication is great. Payment is convenient either credit card or Apple Pay or Venmo especially. If you pay them initially and If your appliances is outside you can leave your door unlock for them and they’ll go ahead fix it. You don’t exactly have to be there so it’s really convenient. Only if you want to be there like you would be waiting on your car at the shop.

Andrew was honest and professional. After realizing the issue was misdiagnosed, he came back the next day and refunded me for the coil cleaning. He explained the repair would be costly without a warranty and recommended replacing the fridge. I appreciated his transparency and will definitely call him again. Highly recommend!
