He replaced thermostat. It cost $269. Refrigerator is working now. What I don't like is he doesn't give invoice.

Unfortunately didn't get to use this company but wanted to give a review just based on helpfulness. I called and had some?'s and really took time to just answer my ?'s knowing that I would have to go with someone else for a gas issue. That is rare..people dont just give their time now without something in return! So I wanted to give mine to say thanks for being so helpful!!!

Not impressed. Had a dryer issue which could have been an electrical issue. I was totally upfront I wasn’t sure what was causing the problem. I guess to find something wrong, I was told the door switch (it stops the dryer when the door opens) was loose and could be shorting out. When I pushed the issue that I found it hard to believe, I got the line ‘well, it can cause you problems in the future ‘.

excellent! Most important Honest! I don't know anything about washing machine repair. He explained everything and charged a very reasonable fee. Glad I found him!

Diagnosed my issue with my freezer unit but quoted me a charge of nearly DOUBLE the amount...found the same part on Amazon for half and will do it myself. $95 for just stepping in the door then another. $340 all in when you can easily do it yourself with a screwdriver with a $90 part.

Josh came to my house on time to solve a very tricky Kitchen Aid Fridge Problem. He did a fantastic job..He was able to figure out what to do quickly . His communication skills were great and I knew what he was doing the whole time. Thank you and if something goes wrong with other appliances he will be my first call. I like to ask questions and he gave free advice never over fill the washing machine, ie big quilts the weight can make the machine over time break, use the extra large machine at a laundry mat

My GE Profile side-by-side Refrigerator/Freezer was starting to get warmer. The freezer was at 31 and should be 0. The frig was at 53 and should be 37. I filled out a form on Angie's List and Aaron's Appliance Repair was one of the companies that came up for my area. Within minutes, Josh from Aaron's called. I told him my situation, and he had me try a few troubleshooting ideas. That didn't seem to work, so the next morning I called Josh and asked if I could schedule a service call. He said he would be able to schedule one for me that morning. Of course being a refrigerator I was thinking the worst and just saw dollar signs. He texted me when he was 30 minutes away and when he arrived, he looked at my appliance and found it was only a couple of faulty components and that he could repair it on the spot. He gave me a very responsible price and completed the work in about an hour. He was so courteous and knowledgable. I always like to ask questions when a repair person comes to my home. I like to find out how things work. Josh answered all my questions with detail explanations. My frig should last another 14 years. I would very highly recommend Aaron's Appliance Repair and Josh for all your major appliance needs. Now I have his number on my phone in case I need him in the future. Nothing like peace of mind.

Like many before me, I had a dryer stop doing it's only function, creating heat. I called the big guys (SS) who made the dryer and the system was so ridiculously cumbersome to get a repairman to come out. Gave Aaron's a call and left a message. Later that evening got a call from Josh and he was able to come out the next day. He gave me a couple time slots to choose from to boot. I chose one and he arrived on point. Josh diagnosed the dryer quickly and was able to fix it just as quick. Josh is super friendly and will recommend other services he doesn't perform which I found helpful. I will use Josh from Aaron's for any future appliance needs.

Hands down I would recommend Josh to family and friends. He was professional, responsive, and honest. He identified a broken thermostat in our dryer and was able to fix it on the spot. We used Sears Appliance in the past but Josh will get our business going forward. So easy to schedule.

I've utilized Aaron's Appliance Repair on multiple occasions over the past few years, including two trips within the last week. I had a fan go bad in my refrigerator. Josh came out the same day, and had the part installed the very next day. I then had an issue with my dryer - a bad heating element. Josh was out same day again, and had the part on his truck so everything was completed in one trip. He is very fast and efficient and I'm sure will do a great job for you as well.

Absolutely great service! My refrigerator started making a concerning loud mechanical sound on a Saturday. I called Action Appliance Repair and spoke with David who reorganized his schedule. Within a couple of hours, David had the situation diagnosed to a malfunctioning control board. He ordered the part and by Monday afternoon, my refrigerator was back to new! I thought I was going to be without a refrigerator for some time, but David made sure that wasn't the case.
This service was extremely responsive, on a weekend and an extremely incredible affordable price! They are now my trusted technicians for my appliances.

Had an older model refrigerator that was not cooling properly. Called and left a message, Josh returned my call very quickly and then listened to the symptoms that I was experiencing. He recommended that the repair was probably not going to be worth it based on my descriptions of the problems. I have to say that this is quite refreshing. In today's world where it's nice to find honesty. He could have easily just come, charged me the service call and then told me how expensive the repair was, but instead he called, listened, and then made a solid recommendation. He even advised me on which brands to stay away from when buying a new refrigerator! While I didn't need to have him come out, I will definitely consider Aaron's in the future should I need appliance repairs in the future! Honest, and responsive.
