Our GE Profile refrigerator was having issues and we called Aaron's Appliance Repair. Josh responded immediately to my call and was able to schedule a repair time convenient for both of us. He took the time to explain the repair and how we could troubleshoot issues going forward. Great customer service, very fair pricing, and we will use him again. Highly recommended!

100% recommended. It was easy to schedule an appointment. Josh was on time, professional, honest and very knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed what was wrong with my dryer. He looked up the prices for the parts and was honest to say it probably was not worth it to repair. He even waived the fee for his diagnosis. I will definitely recommend him to friends and family.

It was early morning and my GE dryer would not start, but rather just a click when hitting the start button. I called Aaron's Appliance Repair on Angie's List and left a message. Josh from Aaron's called back a few minutes later. He fit my service in later the same day. Josh called ahead to let me know he would arrive in a few minutes and was on time for the start of the appointment. He was clean, polite, and friendly to my dog. He asked many questions to diagnose the issue and began dismantling the dryer to test the electronics. Josh was very knowledgeable and familiar with the machine. He resolved the issue after just a few minutes and put the machine back together. I asked a few questions to better understand how it works and if I'm missing any key maintenance points to keep the dryer in top working condition. He was very patient answering some questions and explaining what I needed to know. I paid for the service with a card and received an email receipt in a minute of paying. Josh did a great job and Aaron's will be my Appliance Repair guys from now on.

He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly , and was able to diagnose and repair the issue quickly. Would definitely recommend this company for any sudden appliance issues.

Yuri explained everything he was going to do to my dryer ahead of time and even showed me photos of what he was looking for. He told me to try it for a few loads and let him know if it was not fixed, but it definitely seems back to normal! Will def use them again if needed in the future!

I got service the day I submitted my request. Yuriy did a great job figuring out the issue and doing the repair for the wiring issue. He showed me how the original installation wasn’t done well and how he put my dishwasher back into place more securely than the original installation.

Had a great experience with Lurri, our dishwasher was leaking on a Sunday morning, we got an appointment by 11am that day, very professional, wore covers on his shoes, he found the problem a leaky valve, ordered a replacement and was able to install it by Monday at 3pm! Great service, fast service, reasonable price! Highly recommend!
