Yuriy did an incredible job repairing the damage to my washer a rental property caused. He was extremely informative and helpful. Very flexible and punctual with scheduling as well. Very highly recommended!!

Overall experience great. A little late at times but very communicative when running late. Iurii came to our house 3 times and was very professional and knowledgeable. Also, handled our crazy (but friendly) dogs well.

He was tenacious in diagnosing a tricky problem that others might have given up on, and he didn’t stop until everything was working perfectly again. Throughout the process, he was professional, courteous, and clear in his communication. On top of that, his pricing was exceedingly fair given the amount of time and effort he put into the job. I had a great experience with that company that was my neighbors referral. After having another company check my microwave paid for the visit and the guy said nothing that can be done once the parts are not fabricated anymore . Called excellence Appliance they came, check , identified the problem and came back and fix it . Yuriy is professional and you can see he knows what he is doing . From now on they are gonna be the company to call wherever I need to get an appliance repair.

I was able to set up my service request online for my dryer repair and they were very upfront about how much everything was going to cost. I needed a part replaced and it was finished within 2 days. Great Experience from start to finish. Booking was easy and a service call was available for the same day. The technician, Yuri, arrived promptly at the set time. Md appliances delivered my appliance package I bought from sonnys appliances. There was issues with communication regarding delivery but overall they corrected them and the owner of the company delivered them personally and was a stand up guy. I would use them again in the future.
