4 months ago, we had MD retrofit-install a Whirlpool induction cooktop, and we're glad we did. From scheduling to installation, everyone and everything was professional, easy and reasonably-priced. As an interior designer, I plan to work with MD Appliance, as well.

They are the worst, the owner says his name is Matt, had to come and correct the leavin issue with my dishwasher for a job done by one of the workers who said his name was Joseph I believe, the the moment he came he was wrestles and hyperactive, acting like someone who is on some drugs or something there was also another guy with him who was always on his phone, they even damaged my countertop taking the old dishwasher out and scratched my floor, I would never trust these guys to do my appliances again I would rather do them myself even if I mess up. The worst company ever and I sure will be calling Southeast steel about this. Poor example of an expert.

I called this company to have them fix my washer machine. They were able to accommodate me in a timely fashion. However, when they came out they needed to be paid in advanced for the part they had to order. I gave them a check, got a phone call saying they’ve ordered the part and have not heard anything from them since. When I’ve called, it rings only once and then goes dead. I haven’t heard from them and it’s been over two weeks. Hopefully, they’re not some scam artists.

Matt and G were very professional, quick and did an amazing job installing my dishwasher. Glad to have a skilled and knowledgeable company handle it for me!

Matt did a great job removing our old washer/dryer and installing a new Speed Queen set. He is a hard working, old school kinda guy, which I appreciate. Recommended.

No need to look any further!! J L Appliance is what you’re looking for. I was in a bind (11:30 PM) and didn’t know where to turn. J L Appliance responded when no one else would, showed up early the next day diagnosed the problem ordered the part and returned to finish the job. Fair pricing, great customer service and top notch work. What else do you need!!!!

I called the number listed here and was a bit surprised to go directly to voicemail. I then received a text message that asked me if I could text instead, which was a bit odd. I am glad I did though. We scheduled an appointment for the next day to have a Samsung washing machine repaired. The cost would have been only $50 if he determined that he could not repair it. As it turned out, a part had broken and Juan, the technician who came to give us the estimate, was able to order it and install it the very next day. This business is very deserving of its 5 star rating.

I have a Samsung electronic top loader that kept erroring out and would not finish a full cycle without stopping. Called Samsung, and they quoted me over $400 for repair. I went looking for a better option and found J&L on Thumbtack. They were extremely responsive and were able to get me in quickly. Juan came out and assesses the matter. Ordered the part and I’m less than a week he was back to replace it on my machine. The washer is washing beautifully. No more error codes nor pirouetting like a ballerina.

Do not call anyone else! My oven died on December 22nd with holiday dinner coming. Juan was out here the next morning at 9am and had in running in 30 minutes. Nice guy, clean, quick, perfect. Its increasingly hard to find professionalism, but this was an amazing experience.

JL and co initially came out to repair LG washer. Diagnosed quickly. Had drain pump and repaired fast. I then asked about our GE dishwasher. JL looked at it. Ran diagnostics. Ordered parts Friday and was back today to promptly repair. Very efficient and professional. Highly recommended.

Called to have a potential technical issue replaced/repaired in my LG washing machine (water kept coming into the machine and immediately draining out of it) as assumed by the plumber who stated the water inlet and arrangement from the house was perfectly fine…come to find out there was nothing wrong with the washer as it was simply in the way the hose was positioned behind the machine. The plumber should have figured that out!! JL Appliance provided an awesome price, quick service and came same day I called. Clean job as well and knew right away what the culprit was within literally minutes from arriving.
