I have 14 rental properties and he charged me $125 for 15 minutes of work, for a property that is 1 mile away from his shop. I will not use them again.

They only came out just to hear my refrigerator and knew before they got there that it was not fixable. Then charged me $65 just to be at my home for 5 minutes. I guess we have to still pay they are running a business.

Buyer beware. These people butchered my dryer. They cut wires and put in the wrong parts. After two attempts my dryer still didn’t work and they wouldn’t return phone calls or my money.

Highly recommended because the woman who answered the phone told me of a number of things to check a Before sending a technician.. Including the breaker.. Which turn out to be the problem.
She saved me the $100 technician visit!!!!

Had an appointment for 8am. Called at 10am to see why they had not arrived. She said they had come and I was not home, Lady was extremely rude she hung up on me when I asked if they had knocked on my door because i had been there all morning waiting. Beware of their poor business sense and utter rudeness

First time experience with Conway Appliances and it was terrible. Mark, the repair man who came to the house was disgustingly rude. He comes to the house, I open the door, he doesn't say hi or even introduce himself, just barges into the house and goes to the dishwasher (what he came to fix). I had to follow him through the house and ask if he was indeed Mark and that he's here to fix the dishwasher. He said "yeah, I'll take a look at it, what's wrong with it?" I proceed to tell him what's wrong and without a word turns his back to me and works on it. 5 minutes later he comes out of the kitchen saying that everything works fine, there was plastic caught in the disposal causing the dishwasher not to work and that he's checking his truck to see if he has parts to fix the dishwasher's rack. He comes back in and looks at the washer again, then as he is walking out the door says "part's have been ordered, someone will call you." and shuts the door behind him. I chased after him to ask questions, who will call me, when will they call me, when will he be back to fix the rack? And to that he responds, "whenever." I say, are you serious? That's how you do business? To which he responds, "yeah that's how I do business and you best believe we won't be coming back."

Excellent company to do business with. Very punctual and honest. I called to make an appt for my dryer but they actually came out on Christmas Eve. Highly recommend!

The service tech is an extremely rude gentleman and the lady that answers the phone will never return your call. They will claim they came out to your house, even though they didn't, just so they can charge a cancellation fee. I will never work with this company ever again and highly recommend you find someone else to do your repairs.

The stove in my home went out on Saturday. Conway was unable to come out until Tuesday, and the only hours available (2p-5p) were right when we pick up the kids from school. I informed the receptionist, DARLINE, of this, and she stated she would put us last on the list. The tech called me at 3:45 stating that he was at the house. I told him that I was on my way home, and would be there in 15 mins. he hung up in my face. When I texted him to tell him were were almost home, again, his response was to reschedule.
i called and spoke to Darline, informing her of my experience, and she says, "maybe the call dropped..." Yeah, okay... We rescheduled the appointment for Thursday from 9a-12p, but i thought it was for Wednesday. MY FAULT. My ex hubs called to ask if anyone was coming, and they RE-confirmed for Thursday. Okay.
1pm Thursday - I called my ex to see if anyone had come - nothing.
I called the office no lie, 7 times. DARLINE finally called me back and said that they called at 10:30 with a tech on the way to CONFIRM, and since I didn't answer the phone, (I work in a call center with 0% reception on the floor), they weren't coming. IF WE SET AN APPOINTMENT FOR 9-12, YOU NEED TO BE THERE BETWEEN 9 AND 12!!!! You can't just not show up! What kind of BUSINESS does that?! PERIOD!!! She says that we can reschedule, and when I tld her they needed to come back TODAY, she hung on me. I called back, and when I asked if she hung up on me, she said she thought I hung up. yeah right!
She then says her earliest appointment would be NEXT MONDAY. 9 DAYS WITHOUT A WORKING OVEN OR RANGE!. When I stated that that was unacceptable, she hung up on me AGAIN!
This EXTREMELY nasty woman hung up in my face. TWICE!

NEVER WILL I EVER AGAIN DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!

Awful customer service and extremely rude. The technician showed up without the before phone call. Refuse to take my call came into my house without my permission and did not call me with a follow up. I still am not sure what he did or did not do. However coming into a home with only a minor is extremely unethical.

Can't say enough nice things about these people. Most people think of appliances as disposable items. And, some are! Conway Appliance Repair has been keeping our stuff running for years! We will continue to do business with them and highly recommend them!

No doubt the best appliance repair! I've used them for years (be careful to use Conway Appliance repair on Michigan - there's another company using the same name). The "real" company is honest, reasonable, prompt, and follow CDC guidelines).
