If I could give a zero as a rating for the tech, Anthony Andrews, I would. He was sent out by Samsung to fix my 2 month old dishwasher after it signaled that there was a leak and shut itself off. He pulled it apart and found water in the pan underneath it which was soaking the sensor. He drained the water then turned it on and off a few times....then declared that he couldn't figure out where the water was coming from so it must be fixed! It's not fixed. It's not even back in the wall. He left it uninstalled with the rack on my new floors and wet towels all over. He was rude and confrontational when I was asking him why he wouldn't install it. He said that they did reinstall and that they didn't reinstall. He couldn't make up his kind. He was very confusing and rude. He left abruptly and reported me to his dispatcher that I was rude. When I called the Samsung Service center, she told me your company was refusing to send another tech. No problem. I will make sure everyone I know does not to use your services. If I had known from the start that your company only has 1.5 stars for service, I would have insisted on a better company to work on my appliances....a reputable company is coming tomorrow to make sure your tech didn't mess anything else up since he obviously didn't fix the problem he was called out for and left a huge mess.

Called Samsung for a tv and they were referring to me. Called them multiple times to schedule a repair and took a lot. When they finally came, tech plug cable and tv was working for a period of time. But only connecting the cable was able to diagnose without even opening the tv at all. They took $120 from us and never heard of them again. They said they were going to comeback until part will get there. Please don’t use them. I already called Samsung to complain and at the end. I went to Ebay, find quad city electronics and they were able to repair the power board without hesitation. Thats what I was expecting from this company…..

If you have q tv with problems, reach out to them QUAD CITY ELECTRONIC FROM EBAY

This company made me decide to never by any Samsung product ever again. I have an issue with my tv which is less than a year old which had warranty. After taking time off from work two separate times for them to come service my TV they cancelled with only an hour notice of my appointment. They tried schedule a third time but I am no longer interested in using Samsung’s service or this company and will rather pay someone than me make myself available another 6 hours

Same complaint as everyone else on here, TERRIBLE customer service. We have a new Samsung refrigerator that had been giving us trouble so we went through the Samsung website to schedule a service date. We made a request for a Monday and chose a time frame that fit our schedule. When a rep from Home Service called to confirm they tried to make change it to a completely different date. I even offered a date for the following Monday but refused. Ultimately, they gave me the day I had originally suggested but a day later changed the time frame for the second time. When the actual technician arrived, he was extremely rude and wouldn't even look at us while we were talking. As much as we tried to explain the problem, he just "didnt see what the problem was". Not sure why Samsung is still using them.

I wish there was a way to give 0 stars. This company is completely unprofessional, unreliable and the complete opposite of knowledgable. How is it possible that they obtained a contract to be a Samsung authorized repair company. After coming to my home multiple times they were unable to even figure out what the issue was and tried to blame it on bge. BGE came out on multiple occasions and tested every line in the home no issue whatsoever. Now today after scheduling another appointment they declined to perform service without any communication to myself or Samsung. I sat home from work for 6 hours for absolutely no reason. I am disgusted!!!

This company is contracted by Samsung to provide warranty work as well as out of warranty work on Samsung Appliances. I hired them because Samsung endorses them to do work, so I thought them to be the best candidate for the job. The tech showed up the first time with no parts despite the fact that Samsung told them the parts to bring based on the photos and problem. They charged $90 just to tell me "Yup that's the part we need" and reschedule another appointment to do the repair. The tech arrived to do the repair a few days later. He would not move the washer because it was in a drip pan and he "Doesn't know how those work". He is an appliance repair person that doesn't know how a drip pan works. So I had to teach myself how a drip pan is installed and disconnect it myself and move the washer. The tech then replaced the part and reassembled the washer. He left without testing to see if the device worked properly. I tested it immediately, and while the diaphragm was in fact no longer leaking when the washer went in to the spin cycle it sounded like a machine gun was firing because something is loose in the canister. I called them and asked them to send someone out to loo at this. They told me I had to call Samsung and open a new ticket because this ticket was closed. I said it's not closed because your tech caused this problem by not reassembling the machine properly and did not test it. They said they'd fix it but I had to call Samsung first. I called Samsung and got a new case number and called back HSN. They then told me that this is a new problem and I would have to pay $90 for the diagnosis and then pay for parts and labor again. I said it is a problem that their tech caused and they are responsible for the cost not me. So I called Samsung back and explained the situation. Fortunately Samsung recognized that this was the techs fault and offered to pay for HSN to come back and fix the problem that HSN's Tech created. HSN Called me the following day and said, "Good news, Samsung has agreed to pay for your new issue with your Washer." I told them that I do not trust their techs to do any more work on my machine and I would simply like a refund for the work that was not properly done the first time. They have denied me a refund, so I have processed a charge reversal on my American Express account. I do love American Express for that reason.

Insanely rude on telephone. I had a service order from Samsung USA. I just needed a date for repair. I was hung up on three times. I got an email after 3rd hangup (minutes) - HSC Inc canceled my repair order without my approval. I am without refrigerator and the receptionist thought it funny then hung up. No web page. No corporate information. HSN Inc is scam. Even Samsung USA could not get through to HSN INC.

I very rarely write reviews but this company has the worse customer service. I had an appt. scheduled from 10 - 2, MISSED A FULL DAY OF WORK. The tech never showed and never called. I called the company and spoke with Shirley in the Maryland office. She hung up on me several times and sent my calls to voicemail. This company has a F rating with the BBB. Is this the only company Samsung can find to assist with repairs. The customer service is horrible. I will never buy a Samsung appliance again and I will never use this repair company, EVER!

I have used them (via Samsung) twice: Once for a TV and once for a refrigerator. I agree communications can be limited (e.g., was supposed to get a call 1/2 hour before the technician arrived but he did arrive within the service window). In both cases the technician understood the problem and was able to address it. The TV has worked fine since, need to give the refrigerator some time.

Submitted a claim to Samsung due to a panel issue on my OTR Microwave. Samsung authorized the work ticket and referred it to Home Service Network. Their representative for DC (Shirley Ortez) made an attempt to reach me to which I called back. She made a second attempt to which I responded within five minutes. She had already cancelled the ticket. Once I got her on the phone she advised me that I would need to re-open a ticket with Samsung (which I did).

Calling back Home Services network, Shirley repeatedly disconnected calls from me and my wife without speaking to us. After re-opening another ticket with Samsung, we were advised that it, too, was cancelled because Home Service Network refused it.

Samsung has not provided any assistance and looks insouciant to this issue. Attempts to escalate to Samsung's vendor manager were repeatedly met with replies of 'there's nothing I can do.' Definitely the last time I buy anything from Samsung.

Worst company ever. My Samsung washer is broken, and they outsourced me to this company. Two days before the service I get a text saying “the part you need it back ordered and we do not know when it will be back in stock”. Crazy, how they just “know” what the part is without coming out. When I asked to ask how they “know”. After a back and forth her telling me the “techs know this stuff”, she told me “Samsung just alerted me that you are getting a new washer. Let me connect you!” Well I was transferred to Samsung and they had not a clue what I was talking about! The Home Service lady completely lied to me!! I am LIVID!!

Samsung sent a tech from this company to fix my 4 week old electric range. Control panel kept freezing. I was very hesitant to use them based on the bad reviews. I should have listened to my instinct. Cheon came out & was totally clueless about control panels. I had to download an app for him to continue & update the firmware. It was taking time to download because of all the Samsung questions I had to answer. He got impatient and said Samsung told him to go ahead and order a part & if I got it working call so he could cancel the part. He was the tech he should have stayed until it was fixed. Didn't help Samsung was useless. Could not give me the latest firmware update to see if it needed updating so I now have to wait until it freezes again to see if this app helped solve the problem. DO NOT use Home Services Network. Choose another Samsung repair company.

I don’t know who to blame here… is it Samsung for agreeing to work with HSN or HSN for not adequately staffing their company to meet the needs of consumers. Samsung is making our family go weeks without a washing machine after it started leaking underneath 6 months after purchasing it. Samsung can’t get in touch with HSN to know more information than I can get from them. This seems like a poor decision on Samsungs end to give a monopoly on servicing to HSN. Competition would help weed out these lower performing service contractors.

Tragically bad customer service. Won't bore you with the details, but Best Buy/Geek Squad farm out their warranty work to this organization - do not buy the warranty from Best Buy/Geek Squad, get a reputable home warranty company contract. I'm 4 visits in over a 4 week period and the nearly new washing machine is still not fixed.

Home services network is the worst company ever I encounter the technicians are worthless. I have been Without fridge for more than three weeks after the deny service my appliance I want them to know that I’m going to suit the company they should be out of business. This company had no business and their repair department. Sansum should get rid of this company To repair his appliance is Giving Samsun a bad Reputation through this media I’m going to put together a Grupo people. They already complain about your bad service and I’m gonna make sure that we take a clock action suit do you company so nobody else had to go through this nightmare that you company us through all the stress because you technician don’t know what they’re doing. The owner of this company should be should be a shame that all the people were on the companies name give you so bad reputation hopefully this word get to your ears and make sure that you company start giving people this service didn’t deserve

I just had my samsung range cooktop replaced by Home Service Network Inc, which originally I submitted the ticket through Samsung. I'm confused about other reviews about their poor service. At first I even asked Samsung to switch to other service center (they gave me DISH then I decided to keep the appointment with Home Service Network Inc since DISH even got worse feedbacks). However, it turned out a very good experience with both Samsung Customer Service and Home Service Network Inc. The cooktop broke on Wednesday after 9 months in used and we had it replace for free right today Friday. It was a very quick progress and the technician is also very handy and nice. The only issue is I'm wondering about the quality of Samsung appliances. So be aware before making purchase. Overall, I'm really satisfied with Samsung Customer Service and the local Home Service Network Inc

Our Samsung Technician made a service call on June 14, 2022, to check out our leaking Samsung clothes washer. After running computer diagnostics on it, he assured us that there was nothing wrong with it, that he could detect. After the washing machine continued to leak, we had to call in another service technician who said that the clothes washer needed to be replaced, which we finally did on July 1, 2022. Meanwhile the water leaked to our downstairs neighbor's laundry room ceiling, through their light socket, causing a safety & health hazard. Once their ceiling water damage is fixed, we are liable for the repairs, as resident condominium owners. The Samsung service technician's forseeable and unnecessary mistake cost our neighbors and us time and money, not to mention substantial peace of mind.

I was worried based on the google reviews, but we had a very good experience. Samsung arranged service through Home Service Network for repair of our refrigerator's ice maker (known Samsung issue). The techs called when they were on their way and I couldn't be home on time so they were flexible and went on another call first. When they arrived (on time), they were friendly, fast and completely replaced the ice maker. Hoping the fix sticks! No complaints!

They provide the worst communication for any company I have ever worked with. They should not be allowed to work with Samsung but they must give Samsung a good deal so they keep them as a sub contractor. I took off work two separate times for them to repair my tv but was cancelled on twice with an hour notice of my appointment informing me my part has not arrived. I will never buy another Samsung tv or product again just based on this experience.

I was having ongoing issues with a defective icemaker in my Samsung refrigerator due to a defective design. After contacting Samsung, they agreed to send a tech out from HSN to repair it at no charge to me. After researching HSN reviews, I was nervous about it and wasn't expecting much since the reviews were generally very poor. However, I must say that I was pleasantly surprised with how professional, courteous, and competent the HSN tech (Jin) was. He arrived on time, was very courteous and professional, and fixed the problem promptly. He explained everything he did to fix it and even went above to clean the coils in the rear and help me set the proper temperatures. It's been about three weeks and it's still working great. Thanks Jin!

Company is not helpful at all. Called them to schedule service of my Samsung dryer and they twice refused to do so on procedural grounds, first claiming my ticket was closed because I didn’t answer my phone and I had to reopen a ticket with Samsung. (They would not reopen the ticket themselves even though they were the ones who closed it.) After I reopened the ticket with Samsung , they refused to schedule the service appointment because the dryer was stacked on top of the washer. When asked how we can resolve this, they kept directing me to Samsung, saying another company would have to come out to unstack the dryer and then I could contact them to schedule a service appointment. The whole experience has me questioning why anyone would buy Samsung products at all with service like this, which is essentially just a bunch of finger pointing and giving customers the runaround. I know I will avoid all Samsung products at all costs going forward.
