Great experience overall with this company. Everyone I interacted with was very pleasant from the lady I spoke with on the phone to Brian the tech who came to our home. Brian was very thorough in repairing the drainage issue with our Samsung washing machine and did a great job in explaining the cause of the issue. Will definitely be the first company I will call next I need an appliance serviced.

Definitely Reliable!! After calling several companies I found this jewel from my neighborhood app. Tech Arrived 30 minutes after contact. Brian was friendly, kind, and honest. This company will be my GO TO for all appliance issues. Definitely affordable, service charge deducted from repair, and totally saved me tons of money.

Fixed my new model dryer (2 years old) and checked my Fridge (2 years old) and honestly told me the repair could be the same amount of money as a new fridge. Mark also encouraged me to contact the manufacturer even though the warranty expired. GUESS WHAT!! they are going to provide the new parts I will just have to pay for labor. I wish Reliable appliance were on the manufactures list of service techs! I asked them to check twice LOL they definitely deserve all the business as they are so knowledgeable not only affordable/Reliable. More than 5 ⭐️

I am a retired, knowledgeable, hard to please, ex VP Finance, Operations and Administration of five star Hotels and Restaurants executive. I have had maintenance departments report to me forever. Plus, I normally don't leave reviews. However, I am very impressed with the availability, immediate response, knowledgeable, and personable tech named Brian. He diagnosed a very difficult three tier problem with our refrigerator/freezer combination. He had a plethora of parts in his van and was able to repair all three problems immediately. Price was very competitive and he was astute at trying to figure out how to keep it as low as possible. We are in a condo and I, for the life of me, cannot figure out how they got the fridge into the space it is tucked into. Somehow, Brian, although a large man (I asked him to try out for my Miami Dolphins) was able to gain access to everything. My wife and I wholeheartedly recommend this company and especially Brian. In short, if we need a repair in the future on something else and Brian is not available, then we will just buy a new item.

Brain was my service repairman a did a great job fixing my drier. He was very professional through the whole repair experience. Christy was also very professional and helpful with scheduling.

Great experience using this company. Very easy to set up our appointment. Our repairman was Brian and he was very polite and professional. He arrived on time for the appointment and fixed our refrigerator in a matter of minutes. Best of all, we received a 1 year warranty on the parts used during the service. Contacted Reliable Appliance Repair on Monday, had an appointment for Tuesday afternoon. The technician arrived during the scheduled appointment window, and he gave me a call about 30 minutes before he arrived to let me know he was on his way. It took him all of 20 minutes to diagnose the problem. Overall they were professional, courteous, and a pleasure to do business with.

I had contacted several other companies in the Orlando area for the same repair work, and Reliable Appliance Repair was the only company to call me back to schedule an appointment and follow up.

Bought a Maytag washer from appliance direct with service contract. In March 18 opened claim to have washer repaired washer was diagnosed and parts ordered repaires took over 2 months and several service visits to find her washer repaired. Had 2 misdiagnosis and parts ordered final tech came out and picked up the pieces from 2 previous techs and ordered more parts. At the end they ended up replacing everything but the outside shell to get working. Every week that went by I spent $20-30 washing clothes at laundry mat. I would not recommend repair facility to do any repairs. Would have been better if buying a new one

I’ve used Reliable Appliance over the years and have been quite satisfied with their services. They have fixed stoves, dryers and microwaves for me. The current repair was for a stove. Prices are reasonable and the techs are knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

This company is, as the name says, reliable -- and trustworthy. The owner, Mark, takes time to explain how appliances work and what their weaknesses are, and the repairman Brian does a great job of getting them up and running. I'm grateful to them for making my life a bit easier.

Frank was our technician. I was at my office and he called back to let me know he was on the way. I rushed home to meet him. He came out to the property fast and was able to diagnose the problem and fix it quickly. He was extremely knowledgeable (apparently he’s been doing this 20 years). He also gave us some great advice on maintenance of our equipment and checked more than what we asked him too….very professional. On top of this, Frank was just a genuinely nice guy. We will definitely be saving their contact info for future services. I would highly recommend using this company and ask for Frank if he’s available.

I originally scheduled an appointment with Mark today but due to his busy schedule, he was not able to come check out our washer system. Even though Mark was not able to schedule us today, he gave us some very good advice that we're absolutely thankful for. We have a 10 years old Maytag washer that had just quit on us all of a sudden. After conversing with Mark for a bit, he advises us not to fix the washer due to its age and costs. Instead, he advised us to buy a new washer as the cost to fix our old washer would almost cost as much as a new one. Even though Mark never made the service call with us, he took the time to answer question about potential washers that we were looking at. He was willing to take my call while we're out shopping for a new washer and advised on the best one to get. Mark is definitely a rarity in this type of business where other repairman will often try to have you replace parts that are not needed. Even though we know that it pains Mark to advise us not to fix our washer as he would missed out on making money with our repair, we totally commend him for being honest with us about how to best spend our money which is a rarity in this business. We highly recommend Mark for anyone who is looking for an appliance repair person. Even though we may not need his service for a washer at this time, we're definitely calling him if we need service on our other appliances in the future. We wished that we can give Mark higher than a rating of 5 as he definitely deserve a perfect 10 for his honesty and expertise. If anyone ever need a good honest appliance repairman, definitely give Mark a call as he is now our future repairman for life.

Had my dishwasher fixed. Great service from the initial call. Brian the tech called when he was on the way, which was on the early side of the range they initial gave us. He was very professional, he diagnosed the issue and went over it with both myself and wife prior to moving forward. He fixed and tested prior to leaving to make sure everything worked properly. My initial review of Reliable Appliance Repair was not positive. However, Mark, owner of the company has since reached out to me and took full responsibility for the mistake his technician made. He also offered to refund $79.95 for the service fee and stated that if I ever had any problems with my appliances to call him directly and he would personally get on it. My brief conversation with Mark was very positive to say the least. He truly cares about his company and the people he deals with and I'm glad we were able to resolve this issue. Having spoken to Mark, I will definitely and undoubtedly refer Reliable Appliance Repair to others.

I have used this company several times and each time I can count on them to show up and provide excellent service. We had a misunderstanding on the last service they did for me, but we were able to get everything worked out after taking to the owner Mark. He listened to everything I had to say, was able to clearly describe what happened and come up with a solution that benefited both of us. Our dishwasher started leaking in our new home (less than a year old) and I began searching for a quality repair company to find the source.
I found Reliable Appliance Repair online and was grateful to see so many positive reviews.
I called to schedule an appointment and a technician came out the next day. He was on time, kind and knowledgeable.
When he pulled out our dishwasher he discovered the leak was due to mice chewing through the water line. This was obviously shocking to us and absolutely disgusting to sort through. The mice had also chew through the water line to our refrigerator. We decided to pitch the dishwasher, but asked him to repair the waterline to the fridge. He did that efficiently and the price was very affordable.
He was so kind about the mouse situation and offered suggestions to ensure this didn’t happen again. We highly recommend Reliable Appliance to our friends and family. They do an excellent job (even if difficult situations). 10/10

I called this company Thursday and from the very beginning when Mark answered, he was warm, friendly and very helpful regarding getting my washer repaired. He stayed in contact with my husband and I throughout the day to get a good time set up for Saturday. Brian came Saturday and was quick, honest, friendly, and fixed my washer right up for a very decent price. He even fixed my garbage disposal for free when I mentioned it on his way out!! This company has the best customer service I’ve dealt with in like a decade. Highly highly recommend them for all my future repairs, such a pleasant experience from beginning to finish, cannot thank Mark and his team enough!!!!!

Susan, who answered the phone and set up my appointment, was very helpful and was able to fit me in for a same-day appointment. Brian, the repair technician, contacted me to let me know when he was on his way. He was very friendly and knowledgeable! It took him less than 20 minutes to fix my washing machine, and there is a 1-year warranty on the parts. This company definitely knows their appliances and knows what they’re doing! Thank you, Brian! We had a great experience with Mark from Reliable. We called on a Saturday to get an appointment for our dryer to be repaired and it was fixed within 3 hours. Mark was professional, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. I would definitely use them again!

Always fast, friendly, and reliable. My go to for appliance repair. While here in a dryer repair job, I mentioned our disposal needs replacing too, expecting to need a separate call. But they had the part on their truck and fixed both at the same time.

Our dryer went out and wasn't heating. A single phone call to Reliable who showed up on time!!!! Even asked if anyone had a fever, cold or any issue (to still be mindfull) and FIXED my issue on the spot. This is a 10 out of 10 experience.
