Called and was able to get same day service. I had a dishwasher not heating up and stove burner not working Brian arrived early, he called to ask if it was ok. Brian was friendly, knowledgeable, and worked fast to diagnose issues. After confirming his suspicions he fixed both issues in record time! The price was more than fair and everything works now! They made customer for life!

I called Reliable based on their reviews. Mark took my call and Brian was on his way. Very FAST service. My fridge put Brian to the test. It took a few tries to nail the problem but Mark assured me they would get it fixed. They did. The company is Honest and has Integrity. Thank you, I will never use anyone else. I would give them 10 stars if that were an option. Mark and Brian were a delight to work with.

Brian arrived promptly for his appointment and he did an excellent job, he had the parts needed to repair my Amana washing machine.
It is working perfectly now.

Mike replaced the left front door skin on my over priced Samsung french door refrigerator and did an excellent job. Polite, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Rust had formed along the base of the door and below the water dispenser due to moisture. The procedure included removing the electronics; tricky operation.

I called Reliable Appliance about our washing machine basket making a loud rumbling noise. Mark promptly replied with a text and we ended up discussing the issue on the phone shortly after-something no other appliance repair company I contacted would do. Other companies standard response was that they could send someone out to diagnose the problem at a cost (their rate) of a service call/diagnostic fee. Mark on the other hand discussed the issue with me during our first conversation and provided insight to the machine and potential causes. Mark offered a discounted initial fee and was completely honest about the potential worth of repairing our machine. We agreed to the service call and after he sent someone to diagnose and provide an estimate, my wife and I mulled over whether to invest in repairing our 18 year old machine. We shopped and decided to purchase a new machine rather than have our current machine repaired. I texted Mark to let him know what we had decided since he had been honest and forthcoming with me from the start. At that point Mark went even further and suggested a couple of options based on what we were looking for along with a recommendation of a business to reach out to for a possible purchase. In the end we did purchase a new machine. Mark was an incredibly honest and forthright person and even though he wasn't going to get our business for repair, helped us out with finding good options for purchasing a new machine. We will not hesitate to contact Reliable Appliance in the future. What a refreshingly fantastic experience in a sea of less than good ones! Thanks Mark!

Reliable Appliance scheduled a next-day appointment with me to address a washing machine issue. The service tech was at my house earlier than the expected timeframe (which was a bonus) and resolved the issue within 20-30min. Also, if I would have chosen to fix the machine rather than replace, they would have waived the service fee - this may or may not be a common practice, but it signaled to us that they prioritize the customer. I would definitely call this company again for any future appliance issues!

I have used Reliable Appliance Repair Orlando multiple times and have always been impressed with their service. They are incredibly knowledgeable and fair in their pricing. Recently, when my grandmother's fridge was leaking and creating a fall risk, they prioritized our repair and responded quickly so that she did not have water leaks in her home (increasing fall risk). Mark and Brian were a dream to work with. I was having washer issues and called this morning to set up an appointment, thinking it would take a couple days to have them come and diagnose. Mark responded immediately (like, within minutes) and was able to send Brian out same day. It was an easy fix thankfully and he already had the parts, so he was done in no time! As he was leaving, we mentioned that my dishwasher door was also broken and asked if he could take a quick look. He repaired it at no extra charge, even though I offered to pay. I was blown away by the professionalism of both Mark and Brian. From start to finish, I couldn’t have asked for better communication, efficiency, and honest work at a very fair price. I will be recommending them to everyone! Their number is now saved in my phone :)

WOW! WOW! WOW! Easy 5-STAR and GOLD STANDARD! Brian had been here one other time in 2022 to repair my washing machine, an excellent service call so when I needed refrigerator repair/maintenance Brian arrived on time, same day I called for an appointment and once again, an excellent experience. Brian is the type of service professional that folks want to come to their home but can only hope...he shares his awesome appliance knowledge with a smile and with great confidence will determine issues & estimate cost but leave it to the home owner to decide next steps.
