Gabriel and Nery. Great job. Efficient and professional. Washer was leaving black particles on clothing. Tub needed deep cleaning. Gabriel and Nery power washed tub. Mold! Even though I use cleaning solution on regular basis. LG top load.

I called Appliances usa pro and they came by on time. Gabriel was awesome. He made the dryer repairs, cleaned out the ducts. He checked on the roof vent and interior duct for clogs. He showed me what needed to be done. Rollers had to be replaces and the vents had to cleaned out. Our machine is finally quiet again and running smoothly. Very happy with the results.

Tony was a truly outstanding appliance technician. His honesty, kindness, and expertise were top-notch. He fixed my washer perfectly and left everything running smoothly. I wouldn’t hesitate to request him again next time. Thank you so much Tony 🙏🏼

I was very happy with the service from Appliance USA Pro. When I called, I was lucky to get an appointment right away. The technician, Alberto, was prompt, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. He took the time to answer all my questions, quickly diagnosed the problem, and gave a fair price for the repair.

The required parts had to be ordered, and the repair was completed the very next day, which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend this company to others. The only minor downside is the 3% fee charged for using a credit card.

I had a tech come out for a dryer job. Alexander explained in great detail as to why such things were happening. He came in with experience and did the maintenance job perfectly. Couldn't have recommended enough.

Darwin was our appliance service guy from Appliances USA Pro. Our dishwasher was leaking and my choices were to buy a new one or replace the part. Darwin was confident that he could fix the leak. He had the part on hand in the truck and replaced it during a single visit. Very polite and efficient service. I think if I had to wait for a part and pay another service fee, I would have just bought a new dishwasher, but not the case here. Thank you Darwin for your professionalism and kindness.

Tony was here a good amount of time and did quite a bit of work. I think he did an exceptional job. He is real professional about everything and I give him a good review.

Very good service! Gabriel was great and super friendly. Explained what was wrong and did it in a timely manner even cleaning and sweeping around the area. Highly recommend this service and was able to book the next day we found out we had the issue. Also was super nice with our pets and treating them like one of his own!

Tony was so honest and so helpful with his diagnostics service. Although I didn’t move forward with the appliance repair (washer appliance board went bad and cost to replace is as much as buying a new washer), he agreed that was the way to go. It built immediate trust and I signed up for their annual maintenance program. He also recommended the right washer that would fit our needs and was very helpful with finding the right replacement appliance from another company. He was so generous with his professional recommendations. Trusting repair companies is hard because they seem to always want to sell you something and they don’t care about you. Not this company. Tony walked into a very difficult situation. Our outside vent was fully blocked and he took his time cleaning every part. He still didn’t feel it was perfect so he then dismantled a custom wood top over the dryer to get behind it and clean the hose. He was so eager to help and made sure it was done today so we could finally get our dryer working safely. He made the whole process easy and enjoyable with his energy! He refused to stop until it was perfect! HIGHLY recommend!

I had an excellent experience with Appliances USA Pro. My refrigerator control panel stopped working and we couldn't get ice or water. They responded within a reasonable amount of time, diagnosed the issue, and had it fixed faster than I expected. Gabriel, the technician was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what went wrong. Pricing was fair. My fridge is working perfectly now, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommend Appliances USA Pro for anyone needing reliable appliance repair!

Update: it took another repair company several trips but they got the welds repaired, they got the proper cap for the relay and a new back plate reinstalled. It took a month but I will avoid this company. The fridge repair guy does NOT know what he is doing.

I was required to prepay for service and they asked for a tip to boot. Replaced a compressor (just the compressor). They didn’t install the relay. All the Freon leaked out in 2 days. Replaced Freon. All the Freon leaked out in 2 days. I pulled the refrigerator to see what was going on. This is what I found. Why would any competent repairman mangle the plate when all he had to do was unscrew the water line? Welds are equally comparable. You be the judge.

They are very professional they gave me all the answers required to make an informed decision. And even when I decided to go with purchasing a new washer over the repair they were still kind enough to let me know the best options thereof. I can appreciate honesty and will be using them in the future regardless of what issues I have with appliances thank you Gabriel I appreciate all you've done

The service was done well and prompt but the pricing was way out of range. I could have bought another dryer for the cost! The dryer door switch was replaced. I put a down payment for them to come out of $101 which was to go to the service. The bill was $239.99. not being clear that was the final price after the deposit. They got 2 stars because Rafael did the job, but the pricing was ridiculous. It was more than premium pricing. Knowing this I would have rather gotten a new dryer. I do not recommend using this company. If you do make absolutely sure you understand and know the price that they're charging you. After discussing it with them on the phone, their comment was "you signed the papers" which was true but I wasn't clear, obviously. I absolutely do not mind paying for a good service, but this was robbery in my opinion. I would not recommend this company to anyone save your dollars.

Gabriel was a sweetheart! He works fast too. Dryer was running but not heating. He had it up and smelling like a Laundromat in no time. He called to come an hour early too! Would definitely call again. Hope he remains well!
