Alexander was very punctual, knowledgeable and personable. Upon arrival he immediately diagnosed the problem and retrieved the parts from his van. Within one hour from arrival, he had our dryer working like a new one! My wife and I highly recommend Alexander for any of your appliance repairs!

My washing machine was leaking, and I found this company on Google Maps. It was close to midnight at that time, but their automated answering system was still able to help me schedule a service appointment. The whole communication process was very smooth. When the technician arrived, he quickly identified the issue and replaced the damaged parts. I am very satisfied with the service.
There are a few things for improvement. First, the appointment time. When I made the reservation, the system told me it would be at 8 AM. I agreed to that time, but after the appointment was confirmed, it was changed to a window from 8 to 9 AM. On the day the technician came, the time was again shifted to 8-10 AM and he arrived at 9:30 AM. This affected my schedule for the day. Second, after the technician completed the repair, there was a lot of water left on the floor, and I had to clean it up myself. Finally, compared to other companies, their fees are quite high. However, considering they use a lot of high-tech tools to streamline the appointment process and provide efficient service, I can understand their pricing.
Overall, if I encounter a similar emergency in the future, I would still choose them again.

Our refrigerator stopped making ice and wouldn't dispense water. Alex arrived early within the appointment window and was able to diagnose the problem right away. He was courteous and knowledgeable. After the repairs our refrigerator was operating as it should. I have no reservations about calling them again for any needed repairs.

Gabriel and Nery were my technicians. They were very respectful and courteous. The suspension in my washer had gone bad and they came to replace it. I was trimming a palm tree in my yard at the same time, and they were done before I was except for testing. They did the trsting and cleaned up, leaving no mess. I highly recommend this company and techs for your repairs.

Appliances USA Pro deserves 100 ⭐️!!! Excellent customer service and transparent and reasonable pricing. I used them to repair a 12 year old GE refrigerator and dishwasher that I was afraid might needed to be replaced due to age. Darwin (technician) came out and replaced the heating element in my refrigerator and the soap dispenser in my dishwasher. Both appliances are working better than new. Darwin was professional, knowledgeable and knew exactly what the issues were in both appliances. The company also uses genuine GE replacement parts. They communicated with me every step of the way to the point of overcommunication. Parts and labor are also warranted. I am 1000% satisfied and will definitely recommend this company to everyone I know looking for appliance repairs.
The picture is my freezer with ice frozen over on the coils. Darwin defrosted the freezer and performed routine maintenance on it at no extra charge. Truly a superior company that goes above and beyond for the customer.

Tony was very polite, explained everything as he was working. He sold us on their maintenance plan, had time after repairing the refrigerator, he cleaned the dryer vent as well. Good price, efficient, polite. Highly recommend.

Manuel was efficient, polite, and easy to work with. He diagnosed the issue with our GE Monogram quickly and was able to get it back up and running. There was a slight delay with the part coming in but the team at Appliances USA was proactive in their communication and did their best to expedite the part and service.

Tony did a great job repairing my washer. He was efficient, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. When parts were needed, he came back out and completed the repair without any issues. Everything is working perfectly now. I really appreciated his reliability and would definitely recommend him to anyone needing appliance repair.

Appliances USA Pro were quick and efficent! Alex did a fantastic job at diagnosing AND repairing my Samsung dryer problem! He was friendly, thorough and quick! We had to order a part but it only took a business day to come in and they were already calling me to schedule installation! The cost of repair was more than I expected, BUT they did a total blower motor replacement! At least it was less expensive than buying a new machine. Also, as promised they did credit me the service call fee against my repair costs.
Alex, the office staff and owners were friendly and their systems super professional! Would highly recommend! Definitely 5 STAR service!

Rafael did a great job fixing my washer! We didn’t even need a follow up visit! He came prepared with parts. The company itself was also easy to reach - I was able to set up an appointment on a Sunday afternoon for the following Wednesday!

Our dishwasher stopped working on Thanksgiving Day! Appliances USA Pro had a very user friendly online booking tool and we were able to schedule someone to come out the very next day. Gabriel was the assigned technician and he arrived in the promised window. He was very professional and courteous. He explained step by step and answered all of our questions. He didn’t leave a mess and was very respectful in our home. He also seemed very knowledgeable on the specific machine we had, a Whirlpool dishwasher. I highly recommend Appliances USA Pro! We were beyond impressed with the service from Manuel and Darwin. From the time we called until the time our washing machine was fixed was 1 hour. I’m sure they were near by our neighborhood but it still that was amazing. They are very efficient with their time. I would highly recommend them for any of your appliance needs.
