Solved my dryer problem, honest and reliable.

My refrigerator freezer not cooling. Just make call to this company. They answer right away and set up the appointment for next day. The technician, Khayal, he come and find out the problem with the freezer. Need order the parts to fix it. He clean up the frozen inside freezer for temporary repair. Two day later, he come back with parts and install. He is very nice , knowledge skill. My refrigerator was over 17 years. Thanks for him and UltraFix company .

Khayal provided exceptional service, attentive to detail, he was able to figure out the issue with my Bosch microwave and fixed it by replacing a microwave part that was damaged apparently from overuse. My first experience with this technician and I highly recommend it. 5+ stars ⭐️

Horrible service. Total losers. Schedule an appointment on a Monday with me, then cancelled to say they are not able to service my Refrigerator when i am located 1 mile from their office. Absolutely pitiful and worthless. they are a joke.

Great friendly knowledgeable with all appliances. Kyle was the person that came out to my house. I needed repairs on my ice-maker, dishwasher and washer. Parts had to be ordered for the ice-maker and washer.
Kyle called one week later and came out to put the parts in. Everything is working great now.
Kyle is a wonderful representative for the company. When I need repairs again I will ask for Kyle.
I have told everyone about the great service.

What an amazing guy! So friendly and quick with service. I was having dryer issues, I am new to the area so I posted on facebook and Al was the first comment recommended to me. I called them they got right back to me and saw me the same day! I am so thankful for his advice. and he is a dog lover, what a plus!

I’ve spoken with the Owner Al, several times. He’s very knowledgeable about His Business and would Always have a conversation with You like we’re best Friends. We’ve never meet in person and yet I felt I’ve known Him for years. Great Personality for a Business Person. I would recommend Al to Thousands of People that Needs His Services. I wasn’t there on site when He was doing the repairs and yet He kept Me posted all along the process by sending Me pictures and by phone calls. He’s a Great, Wonderful Person and His Business is Fantastic.

I have never experienced an appliance repair technician as knowledgeable, thorough, efficient and friendly as Al. I called mid afternoon, got a recording, left a message and call returned within 30 minutes. He suggested 2 things that might be wrong. He and said he was working but if he finished with enough time left he would come by and check it out. Got a text saying I had an appointment between 6 and 7. I assumed it was for the next day but then noticed the date. Same day, how often does that happen? He arrived at 6 and put back what I had done so he could test it. Immediately knew what it was that was wrong. Had the part, replaced the broken one and was finished by 6:45. I thought the bill was reasonable considering the time frame for an appliance repair. He is knowledgeable, honest, fair and one of the friendliest technician/owners I have ever met. His business is already at the top of our "who to call" list for appliances.

Highly recommend! This was the second time we have used this company for an appliance repair and we were very happy with their work. Our technician was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable! Did a fast repair and left the area clean and tidy.

Father and son, it's a family owned, absolutely amazing, best service. Straight to the point, they came to check the washing machine. They even didn't charge me for parts because I needed to reset the motherboard ..working good now

We needed some work done on our whirlpool washer and Al's came the very next day. They performed a diagnostic, calibration and found the problem right away. They had the part on hand got it working again saving me hundreds of dollars. There is a reason why they are voted #1 in Orlando. Great job by a great company. Highly recommend.

Al was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. He explained what the problem was, how it happened and what he did to correct it. I’m sure he dedicated much more time than he had expected to this job, but he was unfailingly cheerful and patient. If anything goes wrong with any of my appliances I will be sure to call him. I definitely recommend you do the same - you won’t be disappointed.

Al’s washing and dryer did a wonderful job. My clothes was piling up. I didn’t wanna go to the laundromat and I needed him. I didn’t care what time he came but he came and he did his job now I’m washing clothes left and right I have a little squeaky noise, but I know he’ll come back and check it out. I depend on him, I would recommend him to anybody in the rate he charged was wonderful. Thank you, Al.

Love this guy Al! A true owner of his business and extremely knowledgeable. I had an issue with my washing machine and in less then 3 minutes he found the issue. He is very thorough and a man of his word when he said he was going to come back with the part the next day he showed up at the exact time he stated and was done in 15 minutes. He then called a week later to follow up to make sure everything was OK. I highly recommend his services.
