Don’t even waste your time trying to call them and get the job done. They will tell you they can help you, but forget about you successfully in a couple of minutes. Very incompetent place and people.

Honest, knowledgeable, friendly and affordable. Took everything apart so I could clean it. I was very happy. I was looking for my repair company and I have found it. I like supporting these smaller businesses. They make America! Thanks Al and Al Jr.

Maldonado and his driver did a great job delivering my washer and dryer. They were on time, professional, and careful with the drop-off. Maldonado also took the time to explain how the hookup works, which I really appreciated. Excellent service!

Al was amazing. My Maytag washer was having an issue with the locking mechanism. He came out and had my washer up and running in no time. He and his team were very responsive and updated me throughout the day. Al, thank you for treating us with the utmost respect and caring for your clients. I would 100% recommend him to anyone.

Al was great to work with— straight shooter, honest prices, and great service. He even offered to fix my dryer drawer, even though he was there to fix my washer. Definitely would do business with him again.

He didn’t fix anything in my fridge, but he made it even worse, don’t trust him, waiting for two months getting my fridge fix, and when he showed up, he didn’t fix it and charge me fir $180 for nothing, I been texting him fir three days in a row, telling me that he will stop by, he never did, I will post pictures for the fridge!!!!!!!!!!
Imagine living with no fridge with a 1 year old baby and they literally don’t care.
I have a lot more to say, I have proof for texting as well.

Ao he cam the first time and he said we have a lot stuff in the freezer that we need to get rid of and we had to throw everything, then I called again and my dad was guessing maybe the fan is mot working so he told my dad that he will come the next day, he never did , till today!!!!!!!!!! I’ve been texting him and he is not being honest!!!!!

5 star across the board. We replaced a part that did not fix the issue but Al stuck to his word and did not charge me for the installation of the new system. I work with Cars and understand sometimes the part needed for the code given may not fix the problem. The problem may be the engine. For that I am thankful and will recommend him moving forward.

Best decision ever both father and son Al were excellent!! Fixed my whirlpool washing machine and it works great! Definitely recommend.

I never post things like this but in this case - Al from Al’s washer/ dryer repairs did a great job for a reasonable price once again . I have used him over 100 times now as I own a property management company with 150 rentals, and am a Remax realtor selling homes for 40 years . Do yourself a favor and save some time ! My mother-in-law has been trying to reach someone for several days with no luck. Despite leaving multiple voicemails and missed calls, we haven’t received any response. A technician did come out to service the washer, but unfortunately, it’s still not working. We’ve been trying to get someone to return and properly fix the issue we already paid for, but no one is getting back to us. I will update this review if and when the problem is resolved.

Excellent service from Al’s Washer/Dryer Sales and Repair. He was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my washer and explained everything clearly. We both contacted Whirlpool just to find that the board needed was not going to be available for months. We decided on a replacement washer and a scratch & dent was installed efficiently with the price very fair. Al was friendly and knowledgeable, and I now have a working washer! I highly recommend Al’s Washer/Dryer Sales and Repair for any appliance repairs.

Al and his son were Great! Friendly, courteous, and genuine. From calling to talk about the issue, to booking the appointment, and through the repair and payment everything ran smoothly…even the dogs got a little time with them as the dogs had to oversee what was happening and they were happy with the attention they were given.
