Al was fantastic! Very thorough, knew exactly what the problem was without having to do a “service call” gave me an estimate of the charges and the time frame! And when he was delayed getting to my house he was very prompt in letting me know about the delay. I will be calling Al for any additional appliance repairs needed!

Persistent, great customer service and affordable…my washer had issues with receiving a control panel in but we worked together and they gave us a loaner to save on our laundry bill. I highly recommend this company

Thanks to the expertise of Al and his willingness to help understand the problems we were able to get our various applications fix within reasonable time and not break the budget.

Al Sr and Al Jr provided friendly service, prompt arrival time, and a high quality repair. We paid $205 total for a diagnosis and dryer belt tensioner pulley. It took some time for a part to come in originally, which is understandable, and was difficult to get scheduled with the temporary person manning the phones, but Al reached out personally to communicate and make things right. We appreciate you both and the work you did

Amazing service! Al was quick, efficient, super friendly, and very affordable. Had my washer/dryer up and running in no time. Couldn’t ask for a better experience — I’ll definitely be a repeat customer!

Al came over and fixed my dryer in 15 minutes. The dryer vent was clogged from the outside and the dryer blew a fuse. Al was able to change out the fuse quickly and efficiently. He also showed me how to check the dryer vent to make sure this doesn’t happen again. I highly recommend his services. Thanks Al!

Excellent service. Al arrived on time, was extremely friendly, and showed us exactly what the problem was and how he would fix it. He provided an estimate prior to making the repair and that was the cost. No hidden fees or additional charges. I would use them for all appliance repairs.

Very professional and friendly from first contact over the phone through completion of the repair. Arrived when promised, finished the work in a very timely manner, and left the appliance & laundry room cleaner than he found them. Gave me a general estimate of the cost to repair prior to the appointment and performed the repair within that estimate with no surprises. Highly recommended.

Deceptive practice. I was quoted $270 for a part, over the phone, I had given the appliance model number, brand and serial number. Based on $270 quote, I made the appointment. Once here, I was charged $570 for the part, $200 for shipping and $550 for labor. It clearly a scam. They got into my home by giving a fake price only to charge 3 times more

We called Sears Home Services to come out to repair our Kenmore Dryer. We gave them our model number and serial number and explained the problem in detail so that the technician would come with the part in hand to complete the job in one visit. Knowing that we were paying a set fee for the the technician to come out even if we declined the work, we were charged$127.33. The window of service time set was anytime between 8am and 5 pm. The technician came to our house, looked at the dryer visually, looked fir the part on his cell phone, discovered that the part was no longer made, charged me for providing no service and left my home all in less than 15 minutes time.
I have now called Sears Home Services 5 times to demand the refund of $127.33. The first call was just after the technician left and I was told that I needed to wait up to three business days for them to see the charge on their end. I’ve called back 4 more times and each time I’m told that they are having a system upgrade and to call back another day. On my last call, I demanded to speak with a manager and was told that they would call me back in an hour. They never called. Our next step is to call our credit card and make a stop payment fraud claim and call the Better Business Bureau to report this. Sears Home Services also seems to be doing business also under another company name as the technician wore another companies logo.
I cannot recommend using this company at all.

    Technician Dennis was wondeful!
The only thing I didn’t like which was not his fault was when I set up the appointment over the phone I throughly explained my problem and what needed to be done. They assured me they understood and I was given a price but it ended up being over double what I was quoted. At first I was told $100 which was fine. Tech arrived and said it would be $149 because it was considered a repair not a cleaning. I was also fine with that price. But halfway through I was told sorry I gave the wrong price. What could I do at that point he was into the job and the machine was taken apart. Total ended up being $266. That I wasn’t ok with but I was stuck paying it.
The tech was great but I will not be using Sears again for appliance repairs.
Very disappointed in how my price went from $100 to $266 definitely not cool.

I will not be using or recommending them.

The tech, Efrain N , was very nice. He installed a new compressor and two other new parts in our Sears Kenmore Elite refrigerator freezer . He was very polite and worked very hard . We hope the new compressor works for a long time.

Our second tech was great; he found the issue. However, customer service was horrendous. Let’s get back to USA customer service.

Good service! January Rob got my microwave turntable working properly again, and that makes me happy😊‼️
He had a trainee with him, and he was very patient and kind with him while he explained what he was doing.

This company was assigned to me thru American Home Shield. I opened up a service order on 8/28/24 to repair my microwave/oven. The first Technician came out the first week of September, identified the problem and ordered the parts. The parts ordered, and the ones that were sent were the wrong parts. The technician again ordered the parts and followed up the following week. A new motherboard was installed in my appliance. On the initial test appeared that the unit was functioning. OK. However, an hour and a half after the technician left, I went to use my appliance only to find it non-functioning. I called this company back immediately because the technician had told me I had a 30 day warranty. Only to find out that they refuse to come out unless I opened up another service order with American home shield. This required me to pay another $125 to get this company out again when the service should be covered for free underneath the 30 day warranty. I had to wait another week for second technician to come out. This was a different technician from the first one that came out. The second technician told me that the first technician put in entirely the wrong part . So a new part was ordered. It has since been lost according to their customer service line. But I was reassured by the customer service line that the part would be ordered again. It has been five weeks almost to the day, and it’s appliance has yet to be repaired in a satisfactory manner. I am so upset that they refused to come out on your 30 day The out-of-pocket for repair that was not done properly
