The Technician was on his phone the entire time he was in my home. That’s unprofessional. Then I understand your service fee is $80 but when I’ve done most of the work and your “expertise” is finding the rubber gasket that fell off and you’re in and out in 10 minutes I think you can modify your service fee. Maybe your Technicians don’t have that autonomy but it’s something to consider.

Alex came to the rescue right away when my fridge stopped cooling. He identified the problem quickly. I had a loop coolant leak and he repaired the leak. He saved us from having to purchase a new fridge. He cleaned up after the job and is very knowledgeable. I would trust him again with a repair.

Fridge stopped cooling so I reached out to Apha without knowing much about them, just the reviews. Even though I left a message I waited less than a minute for a return call. I was then cordially put on hold until I was able to get an appointment with someone in my area the same day within hours. Vlad was our service person and he was professional, knowledgeable and very honest. We don’t have many honest people in the service industry and I have had my share of them. The people are the very professional call them late in the Night and the answer the phone.
I didn't make the appointment the same time but I called them back in the morning and they scheduled a time Vladimir was the technician great personally did what he had to do now my dishwasher is working.
Hopefully it continues the even give a 90 days guarantee 💯.

I messaged the Alpha and heard back immediately. Vick G came out that same morning right when he said he would. Very kind and knowledgeable young man. Vlad was an excellent service person. He spent many hours figuring why my Samsung DW broke. Also told me price to fix. I chose not to repair this item as Samsung is not worth fixing for more than cost of a new DW

This is the second time I've used alpha, been very happy! Both times! They arrived to fix the dryer on a Saturday the next day actually from my call which I thought was superb, no extra service charges, found one problem and then cleaned all the lint out of the dryer excess issues, to find out that the heater fuse was bad, excellent service and price. Highly recommend them

Professional in every way. Response on time and excellent communications. Very organized and efficient. I noticed how neat he maintained all his tools in his toolbox which is often a good indicator of what you can expect. I can highly recommend this company for any task you choose to assign to them.

Came out and help check what was wrong. Our refrigerator wasn't cooling right. Vick was very informative and respectful. Left the area clean after defrosting out refrigerator as well as worked quickly as possible. Vick was very professional. Definitely would recommend him again. Excellent service. I had a very old beverage cooling unit and the part wasn't easy to find. Originally the part ordered wasn't correct, however, they found the correct part and overnight it. They never changed the price of the repair, they never charged for multiple extra unexpected trips, they was on time everytime, very very professional, they sent a text when they was on their way with an eta and showed up exactly on time. I will use this company any and everytime. Very happy with how they handled everything. Thank you 🙏

Vlad was on time, friendly and got right to work. I called them at 12:30 pm and he was here by 3:30! Sadly our refrigerator problem would cost more to repair than it was worth. I appreciated the honesty. A lot of people would have tried to take advantage to make the big payday but not this place. I really am grateful even though the problem couldn't be fixed. We will definitely call them if the need arises in the future! Thank you again.
