I called after noon explaining that my dryer wasn’t heating up or drying my clothes. A service call was scheduled and the technician came that day before 3 PM to find out what was wrong with the dryer. He explained to me what was wrong and what appeared to cause it. He quoted me a price for repairs and said he could return the next day between 3PM and 5PM. He arrived slightly early after letting me know he was on his way, hereplaced the bad part. I am very happy with the service he provided from start to finish. If I need appliance service, I will call them without hesitation!

Had a great experience with alpha appliance. Vlad came the next day to diagnose the problem with my oven which was a broken heating element. He came the following day with the correct part and fixed my oven promptly before the holidays! I appreciated their text communication so I knew when he was coming. I'm so glad I didn't have to buy a new oven!

Same day 5PM service with no extra fees. The tech was courteous and wore booties to protect floor. Quickly diagnosed and explained situation. Ultimately bought a new refrigerator based on the advice of tech. Totally appreciated the guidance. Excellent and honest company!

Excellent service . Our Micro wave & built in conventional oven quit working altogether . Probably power surge . The new replacements would have cost me over 3k . I shopped & was ready to buy new ovens . As a last resort I called ALPHA repair thinking parts weren't still available or wasn't fixable . George was my tech . They found and replaced the mother board but it still did not work . George was determined and suggested we replace the front panel and lo and behold it works like new now . I gladly paid $598. vs 3k for a new one .
Must say George was the absolute best . He was determined to fix it and came out 2 different days to resolve . John his boss was very professional . I would definitely recommend, and I now have a " go to ' for any future repairs .
Would give 10 stars to George the tech if I could .

Excellent service. Our refrigerator was not working properly and Alpha appliance repair was able to fix the issue quickly and at a reasonable price. I contacted several other companies with zero luck and Alpha was th only pne that came through.

EDITED REVIEW: Technician David was professional and courteous. He repaired the GE Profile lid lock, but an hour later it wasn’t locking again. I ended up having to call another technician who conducted a thorough inspection 🧐 and the results were different. 🤷🏻‍♀️

terrible explerience. I called them on a Tuesday at 9am with the diagnosis of my refrigerator (cooling fan malfunction) and because their offices are less than 6 minutes from my house. They made an appointment to visit the technician from 2pm to 5pm. The technician came to tell me that it was indeed the cooling fan and that it would cost $390.00 to replace it and that if I gave him 190.00 (for a $60 fan) he would come the next day to replace the fan. I agreed due to the emergency. Wednesday he didn't call me so I proceeded to call him at 5pm, but he indicated that he couldn't come to my house because he was at another job far away and it was already late. I told him that I had called them because of an emergency, that the food could be spoiled, and that we had agreed that he would come, and that I agreed to pay that very high amount due to the emergency. After 10 minutes I received a call from the offices indicating that they couldn't come because the fan had not arrived (strange, right?). I asked what time they would come on Thursday and if they would give me any discount (since I had no other choice) they answered that between 12pm and 1pm they should be at my house. But on Thursday at 10am I receive a text that they could come from 2pm to 5pm. Already upset, I canceled all the appointments at my work and agreed due to the emergency and because I had already paid them half of the work. At 5pm I receive a text that the technician will arrive 1 hour later. That is, total lack of coordination and responsibility, even paying a high cost for the work. 30.00 discount, damaged food and I'm still waiting for him to arrive.

I love it when a company responds in time to a request. They showed up when they said they would and fixed the problem quickly. I was even given tips to prevent any other possible issues with both my washer and dryer. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs any appliance fixed correctly and on time.
