I wouldn’t even give it 1 star if I could. The repairman that came to my home 2 days ago was so unprofessional and I would like my diagnostic fee back bc he wouldn’t even tell me what was wrong w my oven. I’ve never paid for a diagnostic w no answer given before in my life. I would never use this company again nor refer to a friend. What a waste of my money and time!!

Gabrielle replaced the condenser on my LG refrigerator and Hurley replaced the shock absorbers on my Samsung washer. Both were very timely, proficient and professional! I highly recommend their services and will call on them again if and when needed. Thank you guys!!!

I requested for a repair service on my dishwasher on August 26 at 11am. I explained to the person at upfix on the situation of the dishwasher, that it’s leaking water. The repair person was on time but you can tell he’s unexperienced. After he checked the dishwasher by running it and it started to leak. He looked under the machine and took pictures. After that he stated that is leaking water. What the hell,! I knew that! I let him and upfix in the beginning that it’s leaking water. So he took pictures underneath the dishwasher and said that upfix will review the specs and they will contact me with the cost to repair the dishwasher. That’s over 3 weeks ago and no calls. I paid $69 for this guy to tell me it’s leaking water which I already know. It states that the review was good, don’t know how, but if I can give them less than 1star, I would. I would not recommend them.
