The technician was supposed to show up on a Friday between 2-4. At 4:00 I called the main number and they told me he was running late. He showed up at 4:45, spent 5 minutes diagnosing the issue, but could not communicate with us what the issue was, due to a strong language barrier. He tried to use google translator to communicate, but it wasn't working. We were able to understand that the company would call us that evening to give us the diagnosis and estimate. The company did not call us, we called several times Friday evening and Monday and left messages each time, and still didn't get a call back. It wasn't until we asked for our money back that we finally got an estimate emailed to us. The estimate told us that the compressor was not working. If we got the estimate on Friday like we were told, we could have spent the weekend looking for a new refrigerator. Instead, it extended our time without a refrigerator.

So grateful for the awesome tech! He came fixed the dryer in less than 10-15 mins. Super friendly and loved that he was bilingual! I recommend 100% if you need your washer or dryer checked out! Thank you so much!

UpFix assisted our small business with a washer repair back in November. Since, we have had an issue with the reinstall of the agitator. I have texted the company 11/28, 12/5 and 12/8. I have called the company 12/8 but could not leave a voicemail as I couldn't get through their automated system. I tried emailing the company but got a bounceback on their email address on their website. I filled out their online form 12/8. All these attempts, and I have not heard back. So here I am writing a poor Google review hoping to get in touch with someone at this company to resolve an issue.

Excellent customer service! I had an issue with a recently purchased Whirlpool refrigerator. I contacted Whirlpool and they scheduled an appointment with Field's Appliance Service to suite my schedule. Field's contacted me the same day to confirm the appointment. They also called the day prior to confirm / remind again and to give me a more narrow appointment window. Andy, the service technician called to tell me he was running a little late, but still made it to my home within the scheduled window. Andy was very professional. He came in, assessed the situation and very quickly fixed the issue. Although this was a warranty issue with Whirlpool, I would use Field's Appliance Repair again and would highly recommend them to others. Excellent experience!

After the initial visit to diagnose the problem, it took 3 more visits and almost 3 weeks to fix our washer. Customer service was a nightmare throughout the process and it wasn't until I threatened to have my credit card company revoke the payment that I finally got a call back from a manager. I would not recommend Fields if you need your appliance repaired anytime soon. Move on to the next Google result!

So all their incompetencies, ordering wrong parts, scheduling unqualified technicians takes over 1 month and still not fixed on a brand new fridge.

Long story short, bought a brand new $4500 Whirlpool Fridge, was installed never working on Jan 30. Forced to go through Whirlpool warranty service. Feb 06 still the fridge has never worked and I have never used it. Not all their repair people are qualified to perform repairs. First guy did a poor diagnostic and ordered a part. Fields then said that isn't the right part and sent out a more experienced tech. I give kudos to this Russian guy who is knowledgeable as he seemed to perform an in-depth diagnostic to order more parts. Company then scheduled the wrong person and the company canceled to reschedule 4 days later (lost 2 weeks). Then they "robo-call" which shows as SPAM call to confirm appointments and if you don't answer that morning the company does not come out even if you already confirmed with the office per their mistakes.

If they didn't have Whirlpool Warranty contract they would be out of business. HORRIBLE. Melisa their office manager is also HORRIBLE. STAY AWAY!!!

Two months total without a working fridge, over four canceled or rescheduled appointments, runaround/careless customer service, and no remorse for the mess up.

I was forced to use them as a repair for Whirlpool under warranty. The lady who operates the customer service side or scheduling couldn’t care less. Multiple times they did not order a part they previously said was ordered which put off the repair further and further. Misdiagnosed two other major repairs that were in the thousands of dollars before finding the real issue and still has not been repaired two months later. Not only would I never use them again I will never buy Whirlpool either.
