I enjoy shopping here for the plants that need rehab. They are priced right for my budget. I shouldn't be telling you this because now you will be going there, reducing my selections.

The Garden Center is well stocked and the plants are well taken care of.
Repurposed a couple of pots.

Stock was very good, but check out was a nightmare on my most recent visit.

Once I was able to contact my loader, everything was wonderful. There was some difficulty due to Verizon's malfunction. But, as stated, everything was great. They were super respectful and fast. I would definitely use your service again.

Giving 2 starts because ultimately my items got removed, but only after a lot of hassle. I booked a pickup for a 4 hour window on a specific day and received a confirmation the day before. The day of pick up, no one shows up during the scheduled window. I call at the end and was told they couldn’t find anyone to make the pick up, but I never received any notification until I called. They say someone will come at the later pickup window that day and no one shows up. I got an email at 8pm saying they couldn’t find anyone so they will schedule it for the next day. The next day comes and they arrive 2 hours after the expected window. I essentially wasted a day and a half waiting for someone to show up only for them to arrive after I had to leave for work. Fortunately I left the items outside and they were eventually picked up.

Customer service was friendly but not very helpful and didn’t do anything to make the situation better. Little accountability for the outcome of what was paid for and agreed upon.

I won’t use this service again.

These guys were great! We had 2 very heavy, cumbersome pieces of furniture plus there was a flight of stairs. They showed up on time and did what they were hired to do. We would hire them again.

Fantastic service. Clean, fast, very accommodating. Gentleman that came to dismantle and remove large & very heaving bedframe were great. Saved us hours of time and headaches. A little pricey but worth every penny.

Phillip & his lovely daughter removed a mattress from my home on 6/4/25. My home was treated with the utmost respect & care. I, too…was treated with respect. I so enjoyed my conversation with Phillip & his daughter…but how could I not with two very down-to-earth & kind individuals.

They were really great to work with for my Birch mattress delivery/set up. The delivery came 2 days earlier than expected and they were still able to fit me in the same day for a set up appointment. Kelsey was great over the phone to schedule the appointment and Michael and his teammate were really efficient and super nice - they were even really friendly with my dog too. I would totally use the service again!

Very easy to schedule (able to do next day). They kept me aware of their arrival time, were courteous, and quick. Pricing was reasonable. Would definitely hire again.
